Life lately.

So grateful for my close friends and the tomfoolery we get up to. The wonderful crazy experiences and the beautiful mundane ones as well. @avoxheals has been a rock (crystal girly hehe) and the bestest friend I could ever ask for. I'm both physically and mentally the strongest I've ever been and I'm just so grateful to those who have supported me to get to this point.

We organized a workshop on #SustainableMenstruation under our project #LetsTalkPeriod with our Workshop Partner @bleedeco today. The workshop also dealt with issues surrounding intersectionality in sustainable menstruation.

Thank you⭐ to The Bleed Eco Project team and all the interactive and wonderful participants.

Looking forward to creating more spaces to generate conversations on the stigma associated with periods, understanding the health and environmental challenges around menstruation 🩸and the action steps ✅ towards a safer, cleaner 🍃 and greener period for all menstruators.

Huge gratitude to our partners for enabling this opportunity towards creating shifts in the ecosystem. @_trucup_ @boondhcups @ecofemme
