This is an excerpt from a Gala Dinner produced by @odyssey_international in the stunningly gorgeous @theeuropehotelandresort - & we had the best role of all, to curate the entertainment programme across the evening, from early cocktail reception through to late night after party.

We opened our finale element with this sharp n’ snappy performance by this trio: The classic Irish trade off. And a great energiser post-dessert 😉 that led into all sorts of other great shenanigans and singsongs as the night went on.

We brought all the entertainment into the centre of the room, for a fully immersive experience for the guests.
It was a special evening, one for the memory bank.

And what an amazing group of people working together to deliver something so epic.
Under the leadership of @dotpom72 ,

Two SITE Crystal nominations…

There are some moments in this business that stop you in your tracks and make you feel incredibly proud. This is one of them.

We are delighted to share that together with our client Sahliyeh, Stories Ireland DMC have been shortlisted for TWO SITE Crystal Awards; Excellence in Incentive Travel: Europe and Most Creative Solution Deployed to Overcome Adversity.

SITE is the global community dedicated exclusively to incentive travel and its Crystal Awards are considered the highest honour in our industry recognising the creativity, ingenuity and impact behind truly exceptional incentive programmes.

To every hotel, supplier, performer, guide, producer and partner who helped make the impossible possible, thank you! To have this programme recognised in two very different categories is an extraordinary acknowledgement of what our client, our team and our partners created together.

Huge congratulations to all of the nominees and hoping the luck of the Irish will be on our side in March 2027!

Our superhero Johan sent this from AMEC Summit in Dublin this morning 🦸🏼‍♂️💜

“Here’s a little behind the scenes moment from the tech booth together with our amazing friends at AV Partners 🎛️🎥🎤

This is where audio, lighting, graphics, video, and streaming are coordinated in real time to make sure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly throughout the event”

The moments guests see are just one part of the story.

Behind every seamless arrival, every gala dinner and every late night celebration is a team working tirelessly behind the scenes.

Proud of the people who make it all happen.

A celebration shaped by its surroundings.

Over two spectacular evenings, a marquee gala dinner unfolded as an enchanted garden brought to life within the castle grounds.

From arrival to late evening, guests moved through a beautifully layered environment where florals, lighting and performance created a seamless sense of atmosphere from beginning to end.

Immersive, evolving and quietly magical.

A HINT OF AN EVENT STORY ABOUT TO UNFOLD…

Not everything at the stunning Luttrellstown Castle is as quiet as it seems. There is a certain energy in the air, a gentle stirring across the grounds, as though something is beginning to take shape, just beyond view. It is the kind of change that doesn’t arrive all at once, but rises piece by piece.

Magic is unfolding and we couldn’t be more excited.

Not long now…

Nice set up earlier in the week with the team from AVPartners for one of their key clients. Their new LED wall looked well in the bright atrium.
