One year ago vs now and the biggest difference is that I really locked in.

I stopped playing with my time, my health and my goals. I committed to consistency, used the same treatments and protocols we offer at BBA and trusted the process. No shortcuts, just discipline and intention. The result 50 pounds down, clearer mindset and a version of myself that feels aligned.

This is exactly why I believe so deeply in what we do. I don’t offer services I haven’t used or don’t stand behind. I’m living proof that when you commit to yourself and use the right tools real change happens.

A year will pass whether you act or not. The question is what you want to look like feel like and live like when it does?
