Santiago!!! 👣🤙😍
Thank you for sharing this great crazy journey! Thanks for laughing and crying, for joking and drinking, for cooking the best vegan meals in the biggest pots we could find, for having insane party's and deep talks, for looking out for each other and swapping stories of life, for motivating each other day by day, 800 kms to Santiago de Compostela, through ups and downs, fucking 500 miles! I am so thankful and happy that I met you all on my Camino. You have made the way to what it has become! ♡

Dear Mom,⠀
⠀
You inspire me. ⠀
⠀
You inspire me in so many subtle ways, from how you listen to your family even when you’re feeling tired and you’ve heard the same story over and over. From how you thoughtfully and constantly offer us acts of service. From how you deeply love each of us for our uniqueness. ⠀
⠀
You inspire me because you’re willing to do better. To apologize. To learn. To make mistakes. ⠀
⠀
You inspire me every day. ⠀
⠀
I’m inspired by this journey you begin tomorrow. The 6 weeks you will be gone on pilgrimage in Spain on the #camino is one of your greatest adventures yet. I’m inspired by your consistent commitment to your training. ⠀
⠀
I am inspired by your choice to complete this dream - even though you haven’t even taken off yet you’ve completed it in my eyes because you kept at it and you stayed true to your dream all of these years. ⠀
⠀
I’m inspired by all of these actions. ⠀
⠀
AND mostly I’m inspired by the woman that you are. You show up with your humility, humanity, and humour. ⠀
⠀
You have created a beautiful life for me (with the help of others of course). You have helped teach me about being a human, woman, and mother in countless ways. Most importantly you gave me life, you cared for me when I wasn’t able to, and you love me every darn day!⠀
⠀
Thank you for being my mother. Thank you for being yourself.⠀
⠀
I pray and wish so many blessings for you on this journey!!! Buen Camino!!! ⠀
⠀
Love, always,⠀
Your very proud and teary daughter 💕♾⠀
⠀
..⠀
..⠀
⠀
If you’ve read this far, who inspires you these days? What in particular about them or their choices inspires you? ⠀
⠀
Use this wisdom from your answers to help fuel your dreams, goals, plans and daily choices! ❤️⠀
⠀
..⠀
..⠀
⠀
Now if I ask for extra hugs for the next few weeks you’ll know I’m missing my momma bear! 😜🤗

Everyone deserves self-love and self-care!! Join Lisa @lconzz and Briar @awakeningwellness on Tuesday, February 05th from 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. in our office for their “Self-Care Date Night.” Similar but different from their previous “A Time For You” classes, this class will guide you on how to nourish yourself during the month of love by giving yourself this gift of yoga, meditation and teachings. Leave this evening feeling centred, calm and connected to your heart. This class will focus on the heart chakra, including gentle yoga poses, self-care reflections and a surprise gift for you. Cost per person is $30.00 and they do ask that you contact #thinkchiropractic to register. #burlingtonontario
