What. A. Night. 🎉 Our 2025 Habitat House Party was pure magic at the Metropolitan Club! Huge love to our host Gina Brillon for bringing heart and humor to housing, and DJ Tara for spinning the vibes. ✨

Shoutout to Presenting Sponsor JPMorganChase, and our GOAT honorees—Maria Torres-Springer, Jeanique Druses, Erica F. Buckley, and Pastor Josias & Helen Rodriguez—for paving the way toward a more just housing future. 🙌

And the heart of the night? Laura, one of our Plus One ADU homeowners, sharing her journey to create a home for her daughter Brooke. For Laura, this wasn’t just a construction project—it was about making a seemingly impossible dream come true: helping Brooke gain independence while staying close to family. THIS is why we build. 💙

Thank you to everyone who came out and made this night unforgettable! 💫

Special thank you to:

Thank you to everyone who helped make our 2023 Habitat House Party: The Blueprint for Housing Justice a tremendous success 💙💚 raising crucial funds to advance housing justice across our region, at two spectacular events in NYC and Westchester County.

We were honored to hear from two incredible homeowners, Ms. Brena Bracy-Seals, a Habitat homeowner, and Ms. Frances Clarke, one of our first Aging in Place program participants. And at our new flagship ReStore in Yonkers, the Westchester Retail Experience was truly unique. A fantastic night to remember!

Thank you and congratulations to our 2023 Honorees for their immense contributions to transforming the affordable housing landscape:
