Cheers to the guy who said, “let’s all get tattoos for my 80th birthday”. And with that request, we all got tatted a few months ago, my dad’s and my first.

Happy Father’s Day @awbolt! 🍻 ❤️

2022 - we got around. 🌎 50+ flights, 9 different countries, 7 of them new.

Buoyed between trips: family, friends, a few days in the hospital, and soaking up our remaining months of island time.

The best part of 2022: Dallas, our 13 y/o lab with a heart tumor, made it to 2023 🐶 @leighebolt

The last two weeks were a whirlwind. S’more and -5 temps in Utah and a mini family reunion to celebrate Ensign @wmbolt! @abolt1986 @berg_likewhoa @kellyjbolt @awbolt

2021 was not only the fastest year that I can remember, but frankly, I didn’t have still being in Maui on my bingo card. I think the main reason we are is because this was a year of reunions: friends, family, and the world outside of our borders.

Now to keep things interesting, we became home owners (and gutted the place), surfed a ton, and I did a couple of crazy athletic competitions because why not. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Here’s to 2022 being the year we thought this year would be. 🥂

Glory to God in the highest for making this dude ours 🥰
@awbolt thank you for being my best friend, my life coach, my biggest cheerleader, and the person who is always ready to have a great time celebrating our family. I love you to the moon and back and I'm so so so grateful for this beautiful, hectic, crazy family you've blessed us with. #Boltstrong #fathersday2021

Whoa.
It's May 2nd, 2021.
Whoa.
That's wild.
9 years. NINE whole years have passed since the day I should have died (according to science and statistics)
I was 21 then. I'm 3️⃣0️⃣ now. I never thought I'd see a third decade. I always thought at best, I'd be a #forever27
........God had other plans 🤷🏼‍♀️
The life I've had the opportunity to build since then, the relationships, the people I've been fortunate enough to serve...
When I was 13, I made a list of things to do before I die, where Number 1 was to inspire someone. I remember pausing after I wrote it to consider how possible that one would be to cross off my list. See I thought if I was to be able to inspire someone I was going to have to be famous for something important. An author, a President, a songwriter, an attorney, an activist..... I didn't know if I'd ever have the opportunity to inspire someone the greats had me, but I was certainly going to try.
I recently discovered that EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. Like, literally EVERYTHING. ALL THINGS. ALL OF THEM. THEY'RE ALL POSSIBLE.
🤯
3️⃣0️⃣ has been great to me so far--personally and professionally--and I'm SO grateful I made it this far. I almost missed this.
If I'd only gotten what I wanted then, I'd have sold myself short. The things the Universe has made possible in the last 9 years and knowing this is alllllll overtime.... Real hard to feel anything other than humbled.
I could have missed this.
I almost missed this.
I am so, soooooooo grateful for May 2nd, 2012, for @cityofauburnal police, fire departments, and EMS for making every day since then possible. For everyone at @uabmedicine who fought for my ability to have a life I could actively participate in 💛
For my parents--pretty sure they're authenticated saints now, and my family and friends who have helped me celebrate the patient progress I've been making in the years since. I love you and I'm so excited to celebrate for days and years and milestones in all our lives!
Idk how long Overtime lasts outside of sportsball so I'm savoring every second I have left🥰

TLDR; I almost died 9 years ago but I didn't and it's been Rad.
