The Barbell Booty Test 🍑🔥

Rule is simple…
If the barbell rolls over, you fail.

We tried it… and guess what?
It didn’t move 😮‍🔥

Certified results. No debate.

Now it’s your turn 👀
Tag someone that needs to take this test👇🏽

@kackrepublicfitness we don’t guess, we prove.

You don’t have to have it all together to start.

Some days you’ll walk in with fear.
Some days with anxiety.
Some days with anger.
Some days with tears you’re holding back.

But you walk in anyway.

And that’s discipline.

The gym isn’t just about abs or glutes.
It’s about proving to yourself that no matter what life throws at you… you can still show up.

Every rep is you choosing growth over excuses.
Every drop of sweat is you releasing what tried to break you.
Every shaky set is you building confidence in real time.

You’re not just training your body.
You’re training your mind to survive, adapt, and win.

So to the new gym guy/girl:

You don’t need to be confident to start.
You become confident because you start.

Now keep grinding. 💪🏾
