Better late than never. Was so happy with how our first Music Bash Went last month. There was so much incredible art in one place, and so much incredible collaboration and creativity. There is so much more to come, and I’m just so grateful for all the talented people who helped out! And big thanks to @thetinycupboard for hosting!
Thank you to the musicians @music_by_marghe @brubaker.hudson @mirabahgat @alicecarolynmason

A second memory of the Volterra Art Week 2026

May this be an impression of what was, so that we can look forward to what might come next

The slides are mostly in no specific order

Sascha Lantzsch
@the_art_of_sascha_lantzsch

Sadly wasn’t personally in Volterra, but his wonderful artwork is overfilling with his soul. In that way a part of him joint this fest of art

Diego
@diexico

is like his art, truly alive

It is rare to look upon a wast ocean and see all the life within and yet here you can

A performance to tear you apart
By @mila_damato.xvlll

For many the highlight of the art week and not without reason
Even in person she is radiating emotions. Able to move people and make them feel

Blue, Red and Yellow
Shapes, structures and colours

Compositions full of harmonic chaos by Dan (@danlugals)

Another one of my favourites

By @mangiatoredinuvole1975__

And many can be seen in the background

For some we might never be a person and nothing more than a resource, a means to a goal or part of the background of their life’s play. To few we might actually be a person, but when the pale hand of death knocks at the door…what even is a body?

By @awesome.aden and yes indeed awesome!

A dance of light and shadow
By @joelleart_design_project

I would love to see the true dance one day as sadly the lighting wasn’t optimal this time. And yet even without, it is one of the artworks that played most to my own interests

So small and yet a whole story

Even if I have not met @agnese_cabano this year, I witnessed a amazing composition, a speech, a world!

Two very different approaches and yet I like them being together

I have heard of emotions and I was able to see them life. A composition to make me feel as well. A tear of despair dancing around a warm heart is how I would describe the work by @kawa11sou

On the other hand the work by @fede.fornaro is like joy brought into a monochrome world. It is not a dance of joy and despair, but the spark of joy within a world of despair. A contrast and a play of hope

So many to mention!
Here you can see works of @naelmarisechoes, @toddanderson.berlin, Roswitha Heid
