I had 3 sexual dreams about THE GODFATHER in the past 2 weeks I TOLD MY HUSBAND IF HE DID NOT GET SERIOUS ABOUT BIOHACKING and longevity (he is a white retired anesthesiologist and rich) I WAS GONNA HAVE THAT great ASIAN DOCTOR THAT HEALS PEOPLE (that imma pay to heal people $6,000/visit for strangers to be healed) OR THE GODFATHER BLOWING MY BACK OUT.!!! I paid for a yurt here at @awkn.ranch so I would not have to leave after the party 10pm-6am but woke up in the temple on a mat I stayed to help them clean up this morning and used my @teslacybertruck to help Jason and another employee put the furniture back and helped clean up @awkn.ranch and break the ranch down. I am staying another night because it was so much POSITIVE energy here!!! I met a shaman with a patent on ayawaska she needs help and funding. Metiphysical medic from Killeen, TX. She does a lot of work on soldiers. She is cleared to work on soldiers I believe she was in the Navy. SHE WORKED ON ME WITH HER PATENTED AYAWASKA LOTION THIS MORNING AND I JUST STARTED CRYING WHEN SHE WAS DONE AND DONT KNOW WHY. At 11:59pm I took a pill and by 105am it was not working so I started drinking wine. MISTAKE!!! I woke up feeling great. I feel great right now. Jason that works here that I met yesterday. I’m gonna pay for him to see a functional doctor for a problem He’s had his whole life. I’m going to give half of everything I make to pay for a functional medicine dr I met at the more life summit in Miami $6,000 per visit. https://www.ayavinewellness.com/ has a patent on an ayewaska lotion. SHE HELPS SOLDIERS. SHE IS REAL AND SHE IS GOOD. MY NAME IS MASHANDA AND I HAVE A GED AND I’M GONNA HELP CHANGE THE WORLD !!!

🍄 FUNGI FACTS: Micro-dosing, the law & the magic of mushrooms...

Micro-dosing refers to taking tiny, sub-perceptual amounts of psilocybin. People often report calmer mood, sharper focus and more creativity.

What's the current legal landscape in the USA?

Federally, psilocybin is still Schedule I.
Oregon has licensed psilocybin service centers (since 2023), and Colorado has a regulated natural medicine program (2022). About 30 cities across 15+ states have decriminalized or deprioritized enforcement. Decriminalization is not legalization. More states have bills moving, and some are preparing for a possible FDA-approved psilocybin medicine.

Texas is still a research leader. HB 1802 (2021) made it the first state to fund psychedelic research, aimed at veterans with PTSD. SB 2308 (2025) set aside $50M for ibogaine trials and Baylor is currently running a state-funded psilocybin trial. Research is leading and policy is watching.

🌿Functional mushrooms are legal and non-psychoactive such as; Lion’s mane, reishi, cordyceps, chaga and turkey tail are traditionally used for focus, stress, energy and immune support. Human research is still early, so think of them as a daily wellness ritual with tons of benefits.

Doing it SCARED!😱

Last night I started a 9 week improv workshop designed with the intention to grow through play at AWKN Ranch.

This is definitely a stretch for me! But at the same time is not foreign either. In my childhood and early teen years, I had a love and appreciation for improv, comedy and acting. I took all the classes and even competed. Then, I just grew out of it or lost interest around 15.

It feels good to revisit apart of myself that I have not visited in years.

One of the things we are learning is to get in touch with the feeling/why/because of the improv subject within ourselves. Although we may play a character, the experience of the character must connect with our own feelings about the subject. So if the topic is “sardines”, we must channel the feelings around this subject to be able to improvise a skit. I was surprised how difficult it was for me to connect with some of the subjects or words. But what was really happening was an overthinking of sorts that was preventing this connection to happen, instead of allowing the inner knowing to flow through me without a filter. After all, so much of our conditioning in society reward’s performance Over authenticity.

I can see how this type of play can translate to day to day life by developing this muscle memory over time leading to better connection with my own inner knowing and intuition.

I honestly feel like I have no clue what I am doing, but I am doing it anyway 🤣
