I’m still trying to wrap my head around this!! 😆

I applied the 2026 Rooks Barkley Scholarship on a whim and somehow every moment since has been unreal!

A week ago I was covering the Braves when in between reading my scripts I got the email that I’d been selected.

Then yesterday I thought I was just anchoring and all of a sudden I hear @taylorrooks and @saquon walking in!!! Still trying to process it all I just feel incredibly blessed and grateful for this opportunity.

As an aspiring sports reporter I’ve admired @TaylorRooks for yearssss. Watching her grow in this industry while staying true to herself and excelling at what she does has been so inspiring.

I’ve also looked up to @saquon for years not just because of the player he is but the way he’s handled adversity. Seeing him overcome setbacks and continue to show up with the same work ethic and belief in himself has always been something I’ve respected.

Huge thank you to the entire @11alive crew for pulling off this surprise and making this an amazing day at work!🤍

We are incredibly honored to have received an Honorable Mention in the AWSM Chapter of the Year awards! This recognition means the world to us, and reflects the dedication and the community we’ve built together in our first year on campus 💌

From volunteering and fundraisers to game days, road trips, and all the in between, we thought we’d share some of our favorite moments of the year 📸

To everyone who supports our chapter and made this year so special and successful: THANK YOU 🙏

We cannot wait to continue our growth and opportunities 🏀☺️

20 highlights from 2025 on both sides of the lens. This is the dream, and I’m grateful to everyone who’s been a part of it. Clients, internet homies, my community back home, and everyone in between.

Thanks for coming on this journey, let’s see what 2026 has in store 🫶
