before posting about our euro summer i still need to post our american euro trip to new orleans from earlier this year!! we absolutely loved it, it definitely felt like another country. the food alone is getting its own post but the festive jazz bands everywhere, spoopy atmosphere, and swampy greenery was an amazing experience and we will definitely be going back!!

loved the colorful planty architecture

went to the carousel bar that actually spins for a drink! 🎠 was surprised by our first of many jazz bands here!

found out that the entire french quarter is essentially a graveyard 🪦 back when it was a port (pirate!) town, tons of people died from multiple pandemics then were all buried but the ground was so swampy the bodies would wash out and away every time it flooded 🥴😫

saw the iconic preservation jazz hall which was tiny but epic and also visited a voodoo museum.

found bourbon street horrible!! like a sad vegas strip but frenchmen street is where its at.

wanted to see a jazz band in the streets! the quintessential experience! rained like crazy right after this

got to visit my food styling mentor and he took us out to eat some bomb food and see a bomb view! 🫶🏼

vibes!!!

the local speciality with oysters from the nearby lake! SOOO GOOOD will talk more in the food post heheh

found a beautiful park 💚

another quintessential experience, SWAMP TOUR!! must have seen 30 alligators from baby to 6 feet long!! did you know half an alligators body is its tail?? 🐊

DC Justice League x Teen Titans Showcase
The Team Grows!

Super awesome getting to slowly put together the Justice League x Teen Titans roster. Loved these shows growing up, and the intro music for both, we were absolutely blessed.

Still need to fill out this roster and do more full sets of the team but that would be super fun to do. If anyone knows a cyborg cosplayer 👀.

a lot of people want to learn how to flip, but not a lot of people want to do what it takes. usually people that want to learn how to flip have a knack for picking up patterns quickly and are used to skipping steps. that can work in the beginning, but eventually it leads to:

- broken ankles
- lower back pain
- torn ACLs
.
so if you want to be able to move without pain in your 30s the path looks a little different.

- prehabilitative physical therapy
- martial arts and/or parkour
- a performance platform like film or theater
- prehabilitative physical therapy
- consistent practice with intentional breaks
- having a gym or community that you allow to hold you accountable
- PREHABILITATIVE PHYSICAL THERAPY
