Que experiência incrível que tive neste final de semana. Minha primeira competição de fisicuturismo natural, mas com um resultado que deixou um pouco a desejar, mas isso é apenas a vida a me mostrar um sinal que tem que trabalhar mais.

Estas fotos mostram o resultado final do shape, mas por trás delas estão meses de preparação, treinos, cardio e dias em que o cansaço pesou e tive de encontrar forças para continuar.

Obrigado à minha família e a todos os que me apoiaram, acompanharam a preparação e torceram por mim. E obrigado a Deus por me dar forças para chegar até este momento.

The task at hand doesn’t pause whilst everything else is going on. Other responsibilities pulling at you while the goal is right in front of you. They don’t go quiet just because the day is close.

Staying focused doesn’t mean pushing everything else out of your head. It’s giving each responsibility a decision instead of leaving it as an open loop.

The pressure doesn’t disappear closer to the day. What you do with it does.

A year ago today I completed chemotherapy! After 6 rough rounds I came out on top and my journey battling cancer was almost at an end! (Still had to have the surgery) but man… the amount of relief I felt that day once the nurse told me I’m clear to go almost made me burst into tears. I went through so much in such little time mentally, physically and emotionally but still managed to hold myself together because God had a plan for me and guided me along this path and made me victorious. It’s been such a pleasure to share my entire journey on the internet and be able to inspire so many people whether they have, had or never had cancer into doing great things and I feel like I found my purpose. I feel as if I was born to inspire and bring hope into peoples lives that everything will be okay if you believe in you! I’ll forever continue to do this and hopefully one day I can change the internet and the world for the better so everyone can strive and be the best person they can be! But for now I shall work towards it. This is just a highlight of some of my favourite things I’ve done since but it’s been a great year and I couldn’t be more thankful for the people around me and the people who supported me and still support me! Thank you so much! I’ll keep pushing to be an even better person and hopefully soon I’ll be number 1!
