Six weeks. Countless hours of practice, learning, mistakes, progress and growth — and today, our course has officially come to an end.

It was an incredibly valuable experience, not only for my students, but for me as well. Watching everyone grow from the very first lesson to where they are now has been truly rewarding.

I’m proud of what we accomplished together, grateful for the trust, and happy to know that the experience was just as meaningful for them as it was for me.

This is not the end — it’s the beginning of their journey in barbering.

On July 22nd, the 3rd Annual Couture for a Cause Yorkville Fashion Show took over Cumberland Street in the heart of Yorkville in Toronto.

Presented by @hairlovepeacefoundation and @macshowsystems, Runway Sponsor @blooryorkville, the evening featured seven incredible Canadian designers paired with iconic hair salons on the Bloor-Yorkville Runway, all in support of CAMH @camhfoundation

Fashion, philanthropy, and community came together for an unforgettable evening in Bloor-Yorkville! ❤️

Cumberland Street was transformed into an open-air runway as @hairlovepeacefoundation presented Couture for a Cause, bringing together Canadian designers, Yorkville salons, local restaurants, live entertainment, and hundreds of guests in support of @camhfoundation 👏🏻✨

From the runway presentation to the vibrant street celebration that followed, the evening showcased the creativity, collaboration, and generosity that define our neighbourhood. Together, the event helped raise awareness and support for mental health while celebrating the incredible talent and businesses that make Bloor-Yorkville so unique.
