🔥 AXIS TRANSFORMATION SPOTLIGHT: RAQUEL 🔥

NEARLY 40 POUNDS DOWN. 4 YEARS IN THE AXIS COMMUNITY.

At AXIS, transformation is about more than a number on the scale. It’s about building better humans through movement, coaching, and a culture that pushes you to become more capable than you were yesterday.

For the last 4 YEARS, Raquel has been showing up and putting performance culture into action.

She doesn’t just attend group training. She takes ownership of her development. She puts in extra sessions with her coaches to target the areas she wants to improve, keeps her nutrition dialed in, and continues to find ways to get better.

That’s what makes Raquel special. She understands that progress doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built through discipline, intentional effort, and consistency over time.

And she represents exactly what AXIS is all about:

🤝 COMMUNITY DRIVEN. Showing up for herself while being part of something bigger.

🎯 RESULTS FOCUSED. Training with purpose and taking action toward her goals.

🔥 DISCIPLINED. Putting in the work, staying consistent, and trusting the process.

Nearly 40 pounds down. Four years of group training. And still committed to getting better.

We don’t just celebrate the results. We celebrate the person, the process, and the culture that makes it possible.

Raquel, this is what AXIS is all about. Keep raising the standard! 👏🔥

COMMUNITY DRIVEN. RESULTS FOCUSED. PERFORMANCE CULTURE.

What gets tracked gets improved. 📲💪

The people who consistently track their workouts, nutrition, and daily habits are better equipped to make decisions that move them closer to their goals.

Why? Because awareness creates accountability, and accountability drives progress.

🏋️ Tracking workouts helps you see how far you’ve come.

🥗 Logging nutrition helps you recognize patterns and make better choices.

✅ Tracking daily habits helps you identify what’s working and where you can improve.

💬 Communicating with your coaches gives us the information we need to make adjustments and help you get better results.

You can’t improve what you’re not paying attention to!

Tracking isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being intentional, recognizing patterns, and making informed decisions.

ONE MONTH. ZERO MISSED SESSIONS. BIG RESULTS. 💪💛

Let’s hear it for Lynnette! 👏

One month ago, she made the decision to show up for herself. Since then, she hasn’t missed a SINGLE personal training session!

She’s down 5 pounds, noticing changes in how her clothes fit, and most importantly, building the confidence to believe in herself. 🙌

Because the biggest transformation isn’t always physical. Sometimes it’s realizing you’re capable of more than you thought.

We’re so proud of you, Lynnette! This is just the beginning. 💛

Your first step doesn’t have to be perfect. You just have to take it.

Ready to see what one month can do for YOU? Let’s get started! 🔥

We asked our community to describe Axis in one word.

More than a place to train, Axis is a community built on connection, accountability, and making each other better.

Different people. Different goals. One community. One standard.

This is Axis. This is Performance Culture

❤️ LOCAL LOVE: AXIS FITNESS ❤️

Fun fact! I was one of the original members of Axis Fitness back when they had just ONE location! 🏋️‍♀️ How fun is it to see how much they’ve grown? Now they have THREE locations serving our community: Carolina Beach, Downtown Wilmington, and Lumina Station, which is the location featured in this video!

I love seeing local businesses grow and continue to make an impact in our community. There’s something special about supporting the places that have been part of your journey along the way! ❤️

Have you tried Axis Fitness yet? Let me know which location is your favorite! 👇

Because loving where you live means supporting the people and businesses that make our community so special. 🏡

🎀 $1,700 RAISED. One incredible morning. One powerful community. 🎀

We were so proud to sponsor the Pink Tide 5K this morning in support of breast cancer awareness. 💕

From the runners and walkers to everyone who donated, cheered, and showed up — THANK YOU for helping us raise $1,700 for an incredible cause.

And an extra special shoutout to three strong women in our AXIS community — Amy, Mary, and Lynnette — our breast cancer survivors. 💪🎀 Today was for you and every person who has fought, is fighting, or will fight this battle.

Strong bodies. Strong women. Strong community.

This is what AXIS is all about. 💕

7 lbs down. 2.5% body fat gone. 🔥

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

Jess showed up, stayed consistent, and trusted the process through our Method 42 Challenge.

42 days of doing the work — and the results followed.

Proud of you, Jess. This is what happens when consistency meets the right method.

The work is the work.
