Lately, I’ve found myself needing this reminder often. 🤍

Come back to your breath.
Come back to your body.
Come back to this moment.
And… come home to yourself.

What an honor these last few weeks have been—to hold space for two Mother’s Blessings, honoring two sisters, both awaiting their baby girls. 🌸

Two unique gatherings, with one shared intention: to surround each mother with love, support, and sisterhood as she stands at the sacred threshold of becoming a mother.

There is something so powerful about women gathering to witness and honor one another through these transitions. To nurture the nurturer. To remind her that she is held, too.

To @christina.kozlowski and @deelove95 - I love you both so much. Watching you move through this season and into motherhood has been so beautiful, and I feel so lucky to witness it. I cannot wait to meet these two little girls and welcome them into our girl tribe. 💕

And so much gratitude to @axis_longmeadow for being such a beautiful container for these gatherings—a space already filled with sacred energy, intention, and reverence. It has felt so special to gather here and fill these walls with even more love. ✨

My heart is just so so full! 💗

Earth Rhythm and Star Frequency offering at @axis_longmeadow was a calming and blissful experience, its exactly what my heart & soul needed ✨

We danced, laughed, grounded down, and immersed ourselves in the aroma of fresh lavender, basil & rosemary from my garden planted with love and intention. Ended class with a guided meditation & journaling. I am so grateful to witness, hold and honor the beautiful souls that joined us. Thank you for trusting me 💗✨

Snapped this little reminder at yoga today and thought you might need it too.

You are enough.

Not once you do more.
Not once you fix everything.
Not once you become “easier” to love.

Right now.

You are so loved. ❤️

Some dreams take years to unfold, and today I’m feeling incredibly grateful to watch one of mine come to life. 🥹🤍✨

Mystic Mama Healing has been built with so much love, faith, and the support of an amazing community.

A deeply heartfelt thank you to @move.with.crystal and her husband for welcoming me into @axis_longmeadow and believing in this dream from the very beginning. Your kindness and encouragement have meant the world to me!!

To my parents—thank you for pouring your hearts into this space with me. My dad hammered every nail into the walls and shelves, and my mom lovingly folded every sheet and towel, making sure every detail felt warm and welcoming. This space carries your love in every corner, and I couldn’t have done it without you!

To my loyal clients—thank you for trusting me with your healing, returning again and again, and making this dream possible. Your support has allowed Mystic Mama Healing to grow, and I am beyond excited to welcome you into this new space within the next few weeks and share this beautiful next chapter with you.

And to everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in me along the way—thank you. Your faith in me has helped bring this dream to life.

This is just the beginning, and I am so excited for all that’s to come!!

✨ Online booking is coming soon! Until then, if you’d like to reserve a session for once the new space opens, feel free to send me a DM or text me at 413-285-2550.

Rooted in wellness. Guided by intuition. Led by love.
