The scale is a liar and your coworkers don’t lie.

Been weighing in every week. Taking progress pics every week. Scale barely moved in weeks.

Head games every single time.

Then a coworker who barely knows me clocks the progress without me saying a word.

The work is paying off. Don’t let the scale tell you otherwise.
Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

You wouldn’t put gas in a diesel so stop doing this.

Tacos. Honey buns. Three energy drinks before 8am. Then wondering why nothing is changing.

You ate your daily calories before you touched a single tool today.

That’s not a metabolism problem. That’s a gas station problem.

Customer states wants the gay mechanic.

Ford? Chevy? Doesn’t matter. Every truck needs maintenance. Just like you.

Better food. Better sleep. Gym two to three times a week. Stop being reactive.

Comment the type of truck you drive and I got you.

Blue collar fitness doesn’t have to be complicated.

Tired of struggling to get into the cab. Bubble guts every morning. Can’t fit under the equipment you’re supposed to be working on.

All of it changes with two to three hours a week and eating a little less of the garbage. Not chicken rice and broccoli every day. Just less of the bad stuff.

The results will blow your mind. Almost like how you blew that tranny last week.

Blue collar men already understand how this works.

You smell coolant from the engine bay and you know exactly what it means.

Belt getting tight and gaining weight? Same diagnostic. Different machine.

Eat less. Move more. Quit making it harder than it has to be.
Engine hot add coolant. You already get it.

Blue collar weight loss changes more than your body.

Over 110 pounds gone and I’m still not done chasing.

But somewhere in the process of losing the weight, fixing the knees, and building something real, I stopped being the guy I used to be.

Not what I acquired. Who I became.

That part hits different every single time.
