& when the storm comes, you try to hold your ground with eyes closed

Until you can breathe again

Slowly you start to move to shake it off trying to find your center..

& at the end you realize that the most powerful thing you can do is let your own light make you laugh

Learning to stretch a single second of peace until it feels like home.

The one thing I take wherever I go!☀️🌍🌻🍃✨
Journaling has been my company on solo travels, an added layer whenever I’m with friends, an icebreaker with every encounter, something I gather the kids (and adults) around whenever there’s an extra hour in the day, a family ritual, and a way to keep my memories forever!🥰

Last slide has this months’ workshops (Final workshops of the season!) ✨Dm me to save your spot🍃

-Saturday 6/6 at @limbo.cairo ☕️ 📍 Zamalek
-Friday 12/6 & Saturday 13/6 📍 Saint Catherine Hike فن في الوادي 🏔️
-Friday 19/6 @ardwlon 📍 Cairo Alex Road ☀️

For an actor, the mind, body, heart, hearing, and emotions are one system — a living instrument.
When they align, truth appears.

Improv is so much more than just getting laughs. 🎭
It’s about trusting the unknown, saying yes to the moment, and building something beautiful together — one word, one gesture, one breath at a time. 💬🌀

This workshop wasn’t just an activity — it was a reminder of how powerful it is to listen deeply, to fail joyfully, to support fully, and to play without fear. 🎤🤍
And that’s all thanks to the amazing Ahmed Radwan, @radwan_zo whose spirit, warmth, and generosity turned a room full of strangers into a brave, connected ensemble. 🙏🌟

Through gibberish scenes, awkward silences, wild characters, and spontaneous stories, we weren’t just learning — we were rediscovering ourselves. We were reminded that we’re allowed to be messy, loud, quiet, wrong, weird… and still be enough. 💫🫶

Improv showed me that the most beautiful magic happens when you stop trying to control things — and just show up fully. That laughter, connection, and creativity aren’t found in perfection, but in presence. 🧠❤️

I left the room with a full heart, a lighter soul, and a new tribe of beautiful humans who said “yes, and…” to me — without even knowing me

To @radwan_zo , and to every single soul who stood in that circle with open hearts — thank you. 🙏
Thank you for the laughter, the trust, the eye contact that said “I see you,” and the brave silences that spoke louder than words. Thank you for reminding me what it feels like to be accepted exactly as I am.
This wasn’t just a workshop — it was a gift. A shift. A moment I’ll carry with me, not just in memory, but in how I show up in life. 💛
Forever grateful for this experience, and for each of you who made it what it was. 🕊️✨
