Your mindset can either push you forward or hold you back. 👀❤️

Personal growth begins with how you see yourself. Your beliefs, self-talk, and mindset influence how you approach challenges, overcome difficulties, and learn new things.

But here's a question for you: What is one thing you once believed you couldn't do but eventually discovered you could? 👇🏽

Let's talk in the comments! And who knows? Your experience might be the encouragement someone else needs today. ❤️

INSIGHTS FROM OUR GUEST SPEAKER — PERSONAL HYGIENE

Last Friday, as part of our October theme HEALTH & WELL-BEING, we had an insightful session with our guest speaker, Miss Esther Oluwanifemi, on the importance of Personal Hygiene.

One important reminder from the session was that personal hygiene goes beyond bathing, brushing our teeth, or washing our hands. It also includes how we care for and maintain the environment around us. 🌱

Here are a few practical lessons:

🗑️ Keep your surroundings clean — pick up litter and dispose of waste properly.
👕 Keep your clothes clean — don't allow dirty clothes to pile up.
🧼 Wash your hands regularly, especially after using the restroom.
🚿 Maintain proper body hygiene and stay fresh.
💧 Drink enough water and make healthy choices.

But perhaps the biggest lesson is this:

Personal hygiene starts with us.

We don't practice good hygiene for applause or appreciation. We do it because we understand that our choices contribute to a healthy, clean, and comfortable environment.

Small habits may seem insignificant, but when practiced consistently, they make a big difference. 💚

Thank you, Miss Esther Oluwanifemi, for sharing these valuable insights with us! 🌟

I refuse to enter this week empty!
I am charged, covered, and commissioned.
No weapon formed against me shall prosper.
I walk in dominion.
I speak life.
I carry God’s presence everywhere I go.
