Perfect #rosé wine from @liquidfarm in Santa Barbara Last year, this wine sold out before summer even began. We were able to stock up for this year! This rose is Rose of Mourvèdre which makes it so easy to drink and tasty! Tasting notes are white peach, apricot, tea leaves, mandarin orange oil. What’s your favorite rose? Share your thoughts 🙏🏼❤️ …………………………………………………………………………….

Mos burger 🍔 🔪 i’m huge fan of #MosBurger in Japan and I grew up eating the delicious and unique hamburger which is originally from Japan. I’m so glad @ototo.la created this delicious hamburger and we are definitely in love!! They only serve 5-7pm so make sure to get there early. Other appetizers such as curry flavor chicken karaage, spring onion tempura, and buta shunji is so good. Just perfect snacks while drinking delicious sake. Thank you team ototo for your hospitality as always 🙏🏼❤️ 📍 1360 Allison Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90026 …………. ……………………………………………………………………..

【Shunji Part.3】 After delicious appetizer and hot dishes from kitchen, you get to enjoy sushi time 😻　 Glad I was able to enjoy Ankimo 🥺 Ankimo is usually winter dish but this year they are able to get the decent quality still. Shunji makes the best ankimo in LA 😻 My other highlight was Nodoguro, Blue fin tuna, Uni from SB 😋😋 What is your favorite sushi? 📍 3003 Ocean Park Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90405 ………………………….. ………………………………………………………………….

Trying chef’s tasting menu at @xpotlv 😋 Wrapped wagyu with Uni and caviar was so delicious! Wagyu Katsu Sandowitch was bomb 🔥 Really liked that everyone get to have their own pot 💕 Mushroom and chicken one was our favorite ☺️ The private dining room was amazing! [記録用] @lxv_wine is another great winery to stop by in Downtown Paso Robles! LXV Wine is a unique Wine Tasting and Flavor Pairing experience, with old-world styled wines focusing on Bordeaux and Italian varietals from Willow Creek Appellation and other coveted vineyards in California. The owners are originally from India and vintner Neeta is the first indian women to own winery in the US and I love seeing how Asian women is thriving in wine industry. The flavor paring was very unique yet I love the fact they make their own flavors in house! The wine & favor tasting was 1. 2019 Reserve Syrah -Savory memory: Soy sauce powder, Smoked black pepper, Cloves, Miso, Porcini mushroom powder, Black & other spices 2. 2019 The Secret - Perfume Garden: Hibiscus, Lavender, Hatch green chili, Persian lime, Coriander, Cumin, Black garlic, other spices 3. 2019 The Tempo - Jaipur Nights: Cocoa, Espresso, Paseo negro chili, Chinese five spices, Rose hips, Rose petals & other spices 4. 2019 Reverse Sangiovese - Crescendo: Cocoa, Honey, Aleppo pepper, Cherrywood smoked sea salt & other spices Thanks for the recommendation @jhiahpet 🤗💕 ………………………………………………………………………

The wine maker Anthony definitely knows what he is doing in such a young age and truly talented. <Part 3> Who loves/dislikes silverfish? Personally my husband and I love it and it makes us happy when the chef incorporates silverfish such as aji, saba, kohada into their omakase 🥰 The chutoro was back part and so delicious 😭💕 Sweet shrimp from Japan is definitely my favorite 😻 Paul got Kawahagi since he is allergic to crab and shrimp - thank you for accommodating 🙏🏼 @yoshitaiga48 Everyone anago is severed - I kinda get sad because it means it’s the last part of your omakase 😂 Lastly, we got Ehōmaki (恵方巻) since we came on February 3rd which is known for Setsubun (節分) According to the old lunar calendar of Japan, February 3rd is the day before the first day of spring. To ward off illness and misfortune, on this day Japanese families scatter roasted soy beans inside their homes and out of every window and door. Eho-maki are thick sushi rolls which is believed to bring good fortune if eaten while facing the year’s “Eho” (good luck direction). Such a wonderful meal and thank you so much Team kaneyoshi for making my birthday so special!

<Part 2> The best saba bo-zushi in my life 🥺✨ As you can tell from a picture, it was very juicy and nicely wrapped with crispy seaweed. Sushi 1. Baby Red Snapper (春子鯛) 2. Needlefish (さより) 3. Jack mackerel (シマアジ) 4.

<Part 1> Birthday dinner at @sushi.kaneyoshi was just perfect ☺️💕 Because of inflation sushi kaneyoshi omakase is currently $300 since January. Most of the fishes Yoshi san gets are from Japan, which means he has to pay more $$ compared to getting fishes locally. The quality of fishes he has is so great and also little technique he uses is mind blowing and simple. How he put wasabi is right amount for us ☺️ The tuna from Shiokama, Miyagi was 🤯🤯🤯 He told me the tuna itself has 118.6kg (equivalent of 261 lbs) 😱 Chawanmushi has seaweed and ginger on top which was very refreshing and unique. Seasonal items of ankimo and noresore (baby sea eel) was amazing. Especially he put mountain potato and wasabi on top of noresore and buckwheat dashi was phenomenal 🤯😩💕 お誕生日は大好きなかね嘉ベンモ😊💕宮城県塩釜の鮪が食べれるなんて最高😍姫鯛の天ぷらにキャビアのせ、毛蟹の茶碗蒸しは青のりと生姜で。
