Memorable weekend checking out Dewey & Rehoboth Beach, DE! Great friends, great food, and another incredible #SL24 UnLocke the Light Tournament.

Proud of the kids for competing again and inspired by the $300,724 raised to support teen and young adult mental health. ❤️ A perfect end to summer!

Quick question to players….

As we head into July, what part of your athlete’s game do you feel still needs the most improvement before school and club tryouts start?

Is it ball control?
Confidence?
Speed and movement?
Communication?
Playing under pressure?

One thing we’ve seen during our June sessions is that athletes who consistently train in a 2v2 beach environment improve much faster because they’re touching the ball every rally and learning to solve problems on their own.

If your athlete finished June feeling stronger but still has areas they want to improve, our July Session (July 6-29) gives them another 8 training sessions focused on ball control, footwork, speed, agility, conditioning, and game IQ.

What would it mean for your athlete if they showed up to tryouts this fall more confident and prepared than they are today?

We still have space for your athlete in our July session! Email me for details dkeeter757@gmail.com. #keeterbeachvb @vawavevb

Great weekend at the AVP Virginia Beach Open!

It was awesome coaching these two in the Main Draw. So proud of their effort, competitiveness, and composure all weekend long.

Congratulations to Alexis and Julia on an outstanding 5th-place finish! 👏🏐

A little late, but too special not to share. Watching our mothers love our children is one of life’s greatest gifts. 💗 We are so thankful for the time we shared together and so blessed to have these incredible women in our lives and in our children’s lives. Thank you for the love, guidance, and support you give to our family!
