With @elgrandetoto and @lvbelc5 , Morocco and Turkey meet through two rap scenes that rarely connect directly on this scale. For Lvbel C5, the collaboration is “a connection between two cultures and two rap scenes that have a lot more in common than people might think.”

After years of strong links with familiar markets, Moroccan rappers are increasingly looking further, testing new audiences, new cultural spaces and new routes. Behind that movement are also producers and connectors like @yacinetheplug @ssc_music and @aye_production helping build the bridges that make these cross-regional projects possible.

And the idea goes beyond music. For Moroccan creatives more broadly, international growth does not always mean following the routes that already exist. Sometimes it means creating new ones.
