Comment "VISION" for my framework. If I were building an Instagram acquisition system for a PI firm from scratch, these are the six things I'd build. V: Validate the market I: Identify the expertise S: Shape the message I: Implement the content O: Optimize distribution N: Nurture into demand Content is the deliverable. Qualified demand is the objective. This is the content framework I use for personal injury law firm marketing. Comment "VISION" and I'll send you the full breakdown. #lawfirmmarketing #legalmarketing #personalbranding #socialmediastrategy #personalinjury

Follow @ayindeleconte if you're expecting one Reel to make the phone ring. Someone watches you for 30 seconds and we're disappointed they didn't call? Maybe they see you today, again next week, then check your profile and hear your name from a friend. Then something happens and they need an attorney. By then, you're not a stranger. Some videos introduce you, some build trust, and some give someone a reason to finally call. People rarely hire a personal injury lawyer after one Instagram Reel. Trust builds over time. Comment "VISION" for my framework. If your PI firm is posting but not signing cases, I wouldn't tell you to post more. I'd look for the leak. Other attorneys watching instead of potential clients? Validate. Generic legal advice? Identify. Accurate topics nobody relates to? Shape. Content disappearing when cases get busy? Implement. Not enough of the right local audience? Optimize. No clear path from the video to intake? Nurture. If your personal injury law firm's content isn't generating cases, find the leak before you spend more. Comment "VISION" and I'll send you all six stages. #lawfirmmarketing #legalmarketing #personalbranding #socialmediastrategy #personalinjury

Follow @ayindeleconte before you decide the answer is posting more. If your content isn't working, going from two posts a week to five usually won't fix it. Maybe you're covering topics potential clients don't care about. Maybe you sound like every other firm, or only other attorneys are watching. Maybe viewers don't know what to do next. Fix what you're posting before you post more of it. More posts won't fix law firm marketing that isn't reaching potential clients. Follow @ayindeleconte for content other firms can't copy. Most PI content could be posted from any city in America. Local content tells viewers you're here and you know their roads. Pick five local highways, intersections, events or employers people know. Pair each one with a question intake hears every week. That's five videos no out-of-state firm can make. Local content is one of the most overlooked personal injury marketing strategies. Follow @ayindeleconte. #lawfirmmarketing #legalmarketing #personalbranding #socialmediastrategy #personalinjury

Follow @ayindeleconte if coming up with content ideas feels like a second job. You don't need 30 different ideas a month. Pick a case type and go deeper. For trucking cases: what someone needs to understand after the crash, the mistakes people make, the evidence that matters, how it's different from a car accident, what intake hears, and what happens when they call. That's six videos from one case type, and you haven't gone deep yet. Truck accident cases alone can give a personal injury law firm months of video content. Comment "VISION" for my framework. For most people, it's not Reel, then call. There's a middle. They see one video and keep scrolling. A few days later they see another, visit your profile and watch a few more. By the time they need an attorney, you're not a stranger anymore. Stranger, familiar, trusted, ready to talk. That's Nurture, the sixth stage of VISION. This is how personal injury lawyers turn Instagram followers into consultations and signed cases. Comment "VISION" and I'll send you the full framework. #lawfirmmarketing #legalmarketing #personalbranding #socialmediastrategy #personalinjury

Comment "VISION" for my framework. I wouldn't put ad spend behind every video a PI firm makes. First, is it relevant to the clients you actually want? Then look at what happened after people saw it: watch time, local engagement, profile visits, relevant questions and qualified inquiries. Then test paid distribution on the strongest messages, within the advertising rules that apply to your firm. That's Optimize, the fifth stage of VISION. Before a personal injury law firm spends on Instagram ads, it should know which videos bring in qualified leads. Comment "VISION" and I'll send it over. #lawfirmmarketing #legalmarketing #personalbranding #socialmediastrategy #personalinjury

Follow @ayindeleconte if your marketing stops every time cases pick up. That's not a consistency problem. It's an owner-dependency problem. You post for two weeks, a deposition comes up, filming gets pushed, and three weeks later nothing's gone out. You should bring the expertise and the opinions. You shouldn't be writing every script, checking every edit and deciding when to post. Law firm marketing shouldn't depend on the personal injury attorney remembering to post. Comment "VISION" for my framework. Give me one case type your firm wants more of and I'll show you how to turn it into weeks of content. Take rideshare accidents. What to expect after the crash, why the insurance questions are different, a common mistake, what an attorney wants to know on the first call, and what the consultation looks like. One case type, multiple client moments, multiple videos. That's Validate, Identify and Shape working together. One case type, like rideshare or car accident cases, can fuel weeks of personal injury content. Comment "VISION" and I'll send you the framework. #lawfirmmarketing #legalmarketing #personalbranding #socialmediastrategy #personalinjury
