CT has pushed me beyond my limits. One weekend I was sitting on my couch then one weekend im carrying the drum again. I am ever so thankful for that text and so thankful for Colton and Sophia and the CT organization for giving me a chance. once a CCBHLL always a CCBHLL. I can finally put my hand down. Reece Mucci taught me that it’s never too late to make a season recap post, so here I am.

It’s been really hard trying to find the right words to fully express how much my first independent season meant to me. I don’t think I could have asked for a better team of incredibly talented friends to dance with or amazing staff members to learn from. All of you have left an impact on me forever and I’m not sure I’ll ever get over how much love I have for our entire ensemble. The blood, sweat, laughter, tears and time poured into this show and improving as performers was all worth it. The process™️ is so dope and this experience was genuinely unmatchable! I have never done something so demanding and so rewarding in my life. I miss the 2026 season *endlessly*

Some of my most amazing memories have now come from my time with CC2 and for that I will be forever grateful. Also? It was pretty dope getting a WGI medal & ending the season with a 97.675🥉

So, thank you Cap City 💛🤍💙

Even after all I’ve been through, I’m still here.

So much of my life was broken before I came here, and a huge part of it was broken to get here as well. I will never know if the decisions I made were correct. For now, I am at peace with the fact that I was able to break the cycle and do something for myself.

These have been the most fulfilling 6 months of teaching, learning, and performing of my life. Thank you Rayan, Garrett, Leland, Bryson, Dougie, Cristina, Millie, Ellie, Matthew, and Ayla for being such incredible students and even greater people. I am so endlessly proud of you all and your commitment to improving throughout this season.

Thank you Cap Bass for accepting me and pushing me to be my very best without exception. You all made somewhere I feared I may never belong feel so much like home. Thank you to my b4, Josh, in particular for standing by me this season. I hope one day I can truly express what your friendship did for me this winter, you will forever have a place in my heart my friend.

Thank you Cap City for believing in what I could be and not what I was when I walked in the door. So much about this group is special and I am forever grateful for the privilege that is being a small part of its story.

I miss my past immensely, I often find myself recalling what’s gone from me. Yet when I’m put to mind of all that I want to be, I have the will to fight for a future I must have.

I will never again hesitate to Move.
