Did a one off intimate night in London, at a venue I once played when I first started out on this music journey.

200 people crammed into a beautiful old church in the middle of London. Me and the band played an hour’s worth of songs everyone knew and loved, and then some of the new ones.

I grew up in London, I’m proud of that. I’m of Antiguan heritage, I’m proud of that. I’m British, I’m proud of that….But what blows me away every time I play in my hometown, no matter how many cities I’ve played, is that there’s absolutely no place like London Town.

The diversity is what makes it beautiful, the community is what gives us a sense of pride, and the people are what make it feel like home.
Don’t believe me? Go on holiday and bump into an another Londoner lol.

If you were in the room, or if you’ve ever been in any room I’ve played in London…thank you.

Thanks for always making me feel at home.

Next time we’ll do a propa show. Promise.

Till then,

Big luv x

Gearing up for some summer shows with the Queen @adioasis, including an NYC show in 2 weeks. We only play here about once a year, so don’t miss it!! Throwing back to some highlights from last summer in Europe, NO I AM NOT OR HAVE NOT BEEN ON TOUR 😝 Other shows coming up in Vienna, Marseille, and San Jose.

“LIVE FROM THE VILLAGE UNDERGROUND”

OUT NOW 🖤🖤🖤

Cause of streaming culture we don’t often get to enjoy reading the credits like back in the day and finding out the names of the vitally important people needed to create projects like these. I wanted you to know who they were. Couldn’t have done this without them.

Some of the best musicianship from some of my closest friends on this record.

Lemme know if you were in the room at this London show; down below…

Enjoy

Studio days at @the_tape_shed .🪴

Where I bring along words and melodies, and then sit back with McVities whilst @aylwinsteele works his musical magic.
