For us, coffee has never been just a drink. ☕️

It carries memories, stories, hard work, family and roots.

In 1971, coffee cultivation began to grow strongly in this region of Bahia. And in 1972, our father started growing Naturalíssimo coffee at Fazenda Ouro Preto.

Being here today is about much more than revisiting a place. It is about reconnecting with a part of our story. It is about remembering where we came from, everything that was built through hard work, courage and dedication, and realizing that some traditions stand the test of time because they carry meaning.

Sharing this moment with you is also sharing a piece of our family, our roots and a legacy that began more than 50 years ago.

Because that is what legacy is: what we receive, what we honor and what we choose to keep alive for the generations to come. 🌿🤎

Hoje completo 1 ano na Arábia Saudita. 🇸🇦

Alhamdulillah! 🙏🇸🇦🥋#saudi #arabia #live #godsplan #vida

Modus Vivendi , Latin for “way of life.” Yesterday was a perfect reminder that love isn’t just something we feel, it’s something we live.

Your love brought together incredible people from all over the world, creating memories we’ll cherish forever. 🌎❤️

Congratulations, and here’s to a lifetime of happiness together! 🥂🥋🇮🇹

Today was a very special day for me. 🥋🖤

I met Ayman around four years ago, and since then our relationship has grown far beyond Jiu-Jitsu. He became someone I learned to love deeply—like family. A brother, a friend, and someone who has also helped and guided me through important moments in my own life.

Today, I had the honour of standing alongside his main Professor, @mascaranhasteam , together with @brunoalavarcejj , @rogergracie, @kywangracie , Sensei @jangyongsoo_coach and Sensei @lim_yong83 , to recognise an incredible milestone in his journey: becoming a Jiu-Jitsu black belt.

What makes his story so inspiring is that Ayman started Jiu-Jitsu at 41 years old.

In all my years in this art, I have rarely seen someone starting later in life progress so much in such a short time.

There were no shortcuts. Just relentless commitment, discipline, curiosity and hard work.

Through good times and difficult ones, he kept showing up—training, studying, asking questions and constantly searching for ways to improve. He also dedicated himself to Judo and stand-up, working with Sensei Jang and Sensei Im to become a truly complete and well-rounded martial artist.

I’ve watched him grow level by level, and he has impressed me many times—not only by how quickly he learns, but by how deeply he commits himself to understanding the art.

Today, he isn’t simply wearing a black belt.

He is now a Professor—and a very good one.

Perhaps the best example of Ayman’s mentality is that on the very day he received his black belt, he had already trained three times.

And after receiving it?

He is more motivated than ever.

That tells you everything.

For some, the black belt is the destination.
For Ayman, it feels like another beginning.

I’m incredibly proud and honoured to have played a part in his journey, and equally grateful for the impact he has had on mine.

Congratulations, my brother. You earned every inch of that belt. I couldn’t be prouder of the man and martial artist you have become.

The journey continues. 🥋🖤

Today in London, after many years of hard work and dedication, Ayman was promoted to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, a truly deserved achievement.

Surrounded by his coaches, friends, and legends who inspired him throughout his journey, today the roles have changed: Ayman is now the one inspiring all of us.

Congratulations, my friend! This black belt represents not only your skills on the mats, but your passion, commitment, and the example you have become to everyone around you.

The black belt is not the end of the journey, it is the beginning of a new chapter.
