I ordered dessert. They brought architecture. 😂🏯

The tiny roofs. The little windows. The detail… someone built an entire landmark and handed me a spoon. 🥄🤣

Spent longer photographing it than deciding whether to destroy it.

Be honest: are you taking the first bite, or protecting this masterpiece? 👇

We came for dinner… and ate a pagoda 😂🏯

We said “just a simple dinner.” Then someone ordered an entire pagoda. 😂🏯

Four people. Six dishes. Three iced teas. And absolutely no one volunteering to cancel dessert. 🇲🇾🍽️

Tonight’s stop: LONGJING 绿茶餐厅 at Gurney Plaza, Penang—and our table quickly ran out of space:

🍗 Longjing Roast Chicken
🔥 Fiery Pork Ribs
🦐 Prawns with garlic and glass noodles
🥘 Stewed Tofu in Claypot
🥢 Stir-fried Green Beans with Minced Pork
🍲 Rice in Shrimp Soup

The whole roast chicken arrived golden-brown, the ribs came dressed for a photoshoot, and the steaming shrimp rice soup got stirred right at our table. Meanwhile, a little ice bear was sitting on my tea like he was paying the bill. 🐻🧊😂

Then came the Leifeng Pagoda dessert. The detail on that tiny tower! Had to take the photos before we started the demolition. 🏯🥄

Back in Brisbane, I organise car cruises. In Penang, apparently I organise six-course traffic jams on the dinner table. Same organiser. Different fuel. 🏎️🤣

But the best part? Sitting together, sharing dishes and making another holiday memory. ❤️

👇 First bite: CHICKEN, RIBS or PRAWNS?

Send this to the person who says “I’m not hungry” and then eats half your order. 😂 Save it for your next Gurney Plaza food stop!

Follow along for more Penang food adventures—with a Brisbane appetite. 🇦🇺🇲🇾

Happy birthday, Aldi! 🎂❤️ One of our legendary Send It Society admins, a great mate, and a bloke whose AMG upgrade list will never be finished. 😂🔧

Thanks for the time, effort and heart you put into our crew. The cars brought us together, but mates like you keep us coming back. ❤️

Here’s to more mountain cruises, more laughs and more horsepower… because apparently “one last mod” is a lifetime subscription! 💸🤣

Big love from your Send It Society family, birthday boy! 🏎️🎉

Stopped at Khing Cafe for “just a drink”… then the durian crêpe got involved. 😂☕️

Okinawa latte, creamy durian crêpe and black plum fizz — a little coffee break that deserved its own photoshoot. 🤤📸

The coffee got my attention, but the durian convinced me to stay. In Penang, even my sightseeing comes with a dessert menu. 🤣🇲🇾

Who’s joining me for durian? Or have I just lost half my friends? 😂👇

Came to Penang with a food bucket list… at this rate, I’m going home with a new belt. 😂🇲🇾

Tonight’s stop: Green House Coffee Shop. A bowl of their famous Michelin-recognised prawn noodles, bak kut teh soup and yam rice—and suddenly, conversation became less important than the next spoonful. 🤤🍜

Honestly, some of the best prawn noodles I’ve had. Add an iced coffee and plum juice, and the WHOLE meal came to less than $20! 🙌

Good food, lovely company and that happy feeling when you’re full but still eyeing what the next table ordered. This is my kind of holiday. ❤️

My wallet says we can come back. My waistband has requested a meeting. 🤣

What was supposed to be a simple Meet & Greet car meet and farewell for James somehow turned into a full-on Send It Society workshop session 😂🏁

Around 25–30 cars came down to Gotcha – the new Send It Garage Pit Stop for a Friday night catch-up, some laughs, some cars, and to send James off before his trip.

But of course… things didn’t exactly stay simple. 🤣

Somewhere along the way, the night turned into everyone cutting, measuring and putting the Send It Society sticker decal onto Sonam’s spoiler — with plenty of opinions, supervision, laughter and “expert advice” from everyone standing around 😂

And honestly, that’s what made the night even better.

It wasn’t just about the cars or the farewell. It was everyone getting involved, helping each other, having a laugh and creating another random memory together.
Cars. People. Stickers. Chaos. Memories. 😂❤️

Thank you to everyone who came down and made the night such a good one.
