You may just need to step outside of your normal routine and change your environment a bit to expand your mind and inspire yourself to go again.

We humans are so used to seeing things in a familiar format. You cannot imagine my awkward reluctance to order square pizza! I eventually did and it was quite delicious.

- So step outside
- take a walk with your colleague as you brainstorm
- or have a meeting in a coffee shop.

These things go a long way to spark creativity.

For me it was stepping into the United Nations complex in Vienna and being immersed in a space where multiple nations come to align on matters as important as global energy.

I am forever grateful to my friends and colleagues who continue to open doors to rooms I may never have been able to step into myself. I will continue to pay it forward and I think everyone should do the same (for the right people who have proven to have honorable characters and excellent competence)

Okayyy, let’s expose me today! 😂😂
Living with sickle cell has definitely made me develop some interesting habits that might look weird to other people, but make sense to me! 😭😂

From listening to my body like it’s giving me breaking news to always thinking about water, pain, weather and my energy levels… warrior life is truly a different lifestyle!

And yes… some of these things are probably weird, but if you know, you know

So today, I’m encouraging everyone fighting a battle nobody knows about: keep going. Keep holding on. You are stronger than you realize. 🫂💙

As a warrior myself, I know that strength doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes strength looks like getting out of bed when your body hurts, smiling through pain, loving through disappointment, and choosing hope again and again.

To the women living with invisible battles, chronic illness, heartbreak, pressure, responsibilities, and expectations🥹🥹🥹I see you. Your strength is powerful, your story matters, and your existence is a blessing to this world.
