Autumn. When I come alive.

When nature gives us her beautiful final show.
We slow down from the warmth of the summer sun and its memorable adventures, easing into a season of grounding, nourishing, and healing.

There’s something about autumn that invites us to turn inward—to reflect on where we’ve been, how much we’ve grown, and just how far we’ve come. A gentle reminder that, like nature, we are always shedding, changing, and becoming.

Hello, Autumn. I’ve been waiting for your return. 🍂

I recently enjoyed a September Skin Reset Facial at AYU, and I truly enjoyed every moment of my experience. ✨

I honestly wish I had discovered this place sooner because I already know I’m going to be a regular. 🤍 I especially love that they take a holistic approach to skincare and use holistic products throughout the experience.

My skin felt so refreshed, hydrated, and glowy afterward. The perfect little reset for September. 🍂✨

A facial is never just a facial at @ayu.skin . 🤍

Our latest Woman to Watch is Alexzandra Exterkamp, who built her South Tampa skin atelier around ritual and healing. Clean skincare, gua sha, facial reflexology, and a whole lot of intention behind every appointment. This year she’s growing it beyond facials into integrative wellness.

We love watching Tampa women build things this thoughtfully. Full story at the link in bio. 🌿

My favorite kind of self-care day 🤍✨

I got to see TWO women I absolutely love and trust with my body + face, both located inside AYU Tampa. 🫶🏽

✨ Body sculpting, lymphatic massage + wood therapy with @handandcurves she is SO good at what she does!

💉 And my girl Kacie, my favorite Tampa injector! I’ve been going to her for over a year now and she is the ONLY person I trust with my face.

She does tox, filler, PRP, HRT, weight management, peptides + so much more!

Love supporting women who are passionate about what they do and I love that they’re both under one roof at AYU. 🤎✨

✨Come behind the scenes as I break down one of Ayu signature holistic facials. Every step is intentional; supporting your skin, calming your nervous system, and creating a moment of restoration.

Because skincare is more than skin deep. 🤍

Btw the highest form of self-love is giving yourself permission to slow down.
Because taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury. It’s self respect. 🤍 (link in bio to book) #facialmassage #lymphaticdrainage #holisticesthetician

ĀYU
Holistic Healing House

A space I created four years ago, on my own, with a one-year-old by my side. No mentor. No blueprint. Just a vision, and the unwavering support of my husband, who believed in my passion.

ĀYU was inspired by the quiet beauty of the European wellness spaces I fell in love with over the years—a place where holistic healing could exist for the women and men of Tampa.

I love this little hidden healing house and all of the incredible therapists who have found a home within it.

If you didn’t know, ĀYU is home to:

✨ Holistic Facials with Sound Healing & Curated Clean Skincare
✨ Functional Medicine & Medical Aesthetics
✨ Wood Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage & Massage
✨ Touch Therapy, Craniosacral & Shamanic Healing
✨ Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures

We welcome you to ĀYU - with love Alex E

I can’t believe it took me this long to get a facial

Thank you @earthtoalishaaa x @ayu.skin for the most relaxing experience everrrr 💆🏼‍♀️

Self-care will always be a non-negotiable for me. It’s so important to care for yourself and do things to fill your cup. I highly recommend you to apply a new routine of self-care this month and get out of your comfort zone a lil 🫂 -T
