Taught at the 2nd Summer Series Kickoff x @lululemon MIA 🤍🌴{reflections in caption below} 👇

I’m still overflowing with deep love + gratitude for my @lululemon Miami fam and every single soul who continues to show up for me with an open heart. I don’t take any of this for granted ✨

I moved back to my hometown 2 years ago, and stepped into a new lineage that completely reignited my love for teaching. I vividly remember leaving my first class thinking, What the fuck was that? And i know it was because it challenged me in ways to look inward deeper. It asked me to trust my own intuition, versus constantly seeking guidance and discover that my greatest teacher was already within me. 🙏

To now share this 7Doorways lineage with my community is something I’ll never take for granted. It changed my form of expression + communication and i see it transforming others.

So if you left yesterday or the last 2 years following me around miami, feeling even a little more connected to yourself, a little more free, or a little more alive, then my heart is full. 🥹🤘

Thank you to each and everyone of you, tribe is growing stronger than ever 🤘🤍

Here’s my truth: I still don’t fully understand how I’ve been blessed enough this year to find myself surrounded by such incredible human beings. The conversations last night around what it truly means to live this practice, not just teach it or speak about it, but embody it have stayed with me. And the more I walk this path, the more I realize it’s not really about me. It’s about sharing these teachings with as many souls as I can. To listen more, to serve more, to meet people with more compassion, connection, & understanding🌎

So this week I applied for my second Vipassana meditation because it was calling me. I meditate everyday but these meditating for 13-15 hrs a day reminds you that self observation is truly a doorway & honestly that’s some of the hardest work I’ve ever done. Sitting with every sensation pleasant and unpleasant, without escaping because most of us spend our lives trying to avoid discomfort instead of fully being with it🔥

And somehow that practice continues to teach me to move through life with more love, equanimity, and care for others. In my humble opinion, those are the teachings of yoga. Not what your body can do, the quality of your breath, but how you choose to move through this world + how deeply you’re willing to know yourself🙏

Grateful for this entire tribe that remind us how to absorb and receive. I’m still learning that even teachers need spaces where they, too can feel space within.

If I’ve learned one thing this whole week is to carry the light into everything you create and share. And you’ll see all your relationships to everything blossom naturally. ✨

I’m being honest, I feel so high on life right now. So much energy, love, and a lot of prana, lifeforce that I’m grateful to be a part of everyday. Moments like these remind me, we are stronger together. And we’re all searching for the same things, deep essence of purpose, meaning, love, connection, and maybe A LOT wild fun!!🤍⚡️

And the real truth is that light recognizes light. And you are reflection of every person we encounter experience, interact, and connect with. So just be the same mirror of light and let it ripple outward into every room you walk in.🤘
