Houston, yall showed up in a major way for our All White Black Heritage Committee Western gala. Fun fact: In 2025 we actually had 2 galas (in the same year) and they were BOTH sell out affairs.

We are grateful for the support as we stay #ConnectedToTheVision & raise money for the HLSR’s scholarship efforts.

Kudos to Vice Chairman Tobi Middleton and her gala team for spearheading this year’s fantastic event. We are all supported by our committee’s fearless leader, Chairman LaShandra Boddy. Their collaborative execution was top tier.

Our next event is MARCH 6, 2026: BLACK HERITAGE DAY @rodeohouston and we are just as excited to welcome guests to join us for a FULL DAY of activities.

My girl @chasingjoywithjas put on an amazing Trap&Sculpt Pilates class in partnership with @afro.tech last week!

Post Pilates, we nourished our bodies with @chopnblok_ @questnutrition @bloomsupps and @smartwater

@hotrodpopstx provided fresh fruit pops topped with chimoy and tajin which was the ultimate post workout treat!

@blackgirlvitamins tote bags and Pilates socks were the ultimate gift!

My Godmother turned up for her 70th birthday last night. I absolutely love her, so I had to be there to turn up and celebrate her. Everything was beautiful! My God-sister @ayyonae did her thing.
