Do not Scratch - controversial but one of my favourite tips...Have you checked out my latest YouTube Video to find out the others?
Finding a way to beat the itch has been integral to my healing journey. Special shout to @dondadalipz for becoming a stop scratching meme for a community he probably knows nothing about - welcome to the skin community 😉
And finally product recommendations- thank you to those of you who made suggestions or affirmed my pending choices for products added last May 🎉

Milk thistle, red clover and dandelion – @sandypoku – you have encouraged many of us on this platform. Not looking for personal gain – genuinely wanting to help and I am so grateful. Thank you for pushing me with a firm hand and regularly checking in. @dermaorganics – thank you for also affirming this choice❤️ we all know how overwhelming it can be to invest in a product unsure how your skin will react:
Collagen and L lysine. Every woman gets told as she approaches 30 her collagen will drop and she must start using a night cream. @mer_mami thank you for affirming the decision to take collagen as a supplement, even offering to send me some! Also for suggesting Llysine which combine with collagen perfectly.❤️ Oregano – @ayyyy_cee - my ozze stank of oregano at one stage before I was able to get to Nigeria and continue with my herbs. Oregano definitely works ❤️ Hamilayan Salt - @camilleknowles @xmy_skin_x
Spirulina - @medicalmedium @fitcologist @camilleknowles

@gladskin.official love you guys so much - God made sure I met you before my flight home - The Eczema Cream really is a savings grace.
Community gives room for communication and also for personal clarity. I really do have a special place in my heart for every warrior on this platform. So many conversations. So many connections. Medicine. Natural healing. Differences. Similarities. One skin. One community. I don’t know what the future holds but making this Instagram was the best thing ever!
