A June filled with so much love and joy!! ✨

Side note that came up while putting this together: doing monthly IG recaps as a practice of rejoicing is such a game changer

Those who have worked with me already know the power of rejoicing, but if you’re new to it, here’s the top line deets:

Rejoicing is the practice of consciously celebrating goodness wherever it’s found —your own, someone else’s, or simply the beauty unfolding around you.

It’s more than gratitude. It’s a way of training your mind to notice and feel the appreciation of what’s working / aligning instead of only scanning for what’s’s missing, what’s next, or what still needs fixing.

The more we practice rejoicing, the more we begin to break free from the mental patterns, limiting perceptions, and subconscious filters that can blind us to the abundance, love, and beauty already present in our lives.

It’s one of my favorite practices because it reminds us that fulfillment isn’t only found in the next thing —it’s also found in fully receiving the one we’re already living.

Putting this together through that lens was such an energetic shift — it was almost hard to believe so much happened in just one month.

If you decide to rejoice, celebrate even the smallest things proudly! And send it to me or tag me, would love to see 🤍😘
