What an end to September!

Man what a blessing it is to have friends I haven’t seen in 5-10 years that I can hangout with and absolutely nothing has changed. Drake I’m so proud of you brother and happy you found Carly! Can’t wait to see what is in store for you two next, thanks for having me - I am blessed to have been apart of your special day.

Swipe to the end for my favorite thing on earth.

“I’m not here to give you some bullshit, cheesy motivational speech. I’m here to be real with you. You chose to be here. So when it gets hard..embrace it. When your lungs are on fire, your legs are burning, and you start questioning yourself… THAT’S the moment we actually train for.

We don’t train for the finish. We train for the moments that get us there. And remember, you don’t HAVE to do this. You have the privilege to be able to. Some people don’t. So embrace the hard, give it everything, and finish what you came here to do.”

Magazine drop! Take me to 1987 💪🏼From what I’ve heard, life was much slower. You walked to school/work up hill both ways. Getting in trouble with the law didn’t exist, and cellphones weren’t a thing. Was stress and anxiety around then? Lifting weights, shooting stick, and racing cars for sure was. #1987 #guidofit #fitness #AI

If you want to become better, you can’t keep surrounding yourself with people who are comfortable staying the same.

Wake up. Show up. Find your people.

The ones who bring positive energy.
The ones who work hard without needing attention.
The ones who leave their ego at the door.
The ones who want to see you win just as much as they want to win themselves.

Because the strongest circle isn’t built on competition — it’s built on people pushing each other forward.

When one person gets stronger, everyone gets stronger.
When one person struggles, the others pull them forward.
No jealousy. No ego. No excuses.

Just people trying to become a little better than they were yesterday — together.

Surround yourself with people who raise your standards, not people who make you lower them. 🔥
