On their latest electro pop opus Light It Up! ~~ LoveyDove’s Azalia Snail and Dan West blend a dynamic and edgy array of pop, rock and soul elements on to one exhilirating platter.

Taking more than a few cues from the current state of an unsettling world, LoveyDove attempts to lighten up the mood with their effervescent sounds.

You might find yourself in a place wrestling on the dark side, but allow this uplifting platter to spin you in the opposite direction.

“Prepare for a profoundly transportative
flight. Deliciously chewy and unusually irresistible” —

Melodies to die for; a dance beat to live to”

“An organic time-capsule, capturing the turbulence of the past several years with post-punk angular guitars and psychedelic breakdowns, while they tackles the political climate, writing lyrics that capture the disorder and chaos in freeform poetry.”
~ It’s Psychedelic Baby magazine

From the song “You’ve got to be Kidding”

You sure that’s what they’re asking you to believe?
Do you think they will ever fess up to their sins?
How can we trust a single thing they say?
How can we live in a world they’re destroying every day?

We had a fine time at our first Salotto at The Ocotillo with big thanx to Cheryl Farr Vardaro, Tony Vardaro (for providing an immaculate space); the absolutely fab line-up, and all the delightful desert dwellers who spent the gorgeous cloudy afternoon with us.
**thx to Cary Baker, who is always the biggest cheerleader for cool happenings ‘round town.

Psychedelic multicolor maestro Peter Max has taken flight.
I have been enchanted with his art since I was a little tot and was delighted to let him know in person around 12 years ago.

Shine on & thank you! 🌈💫🌈
