One of the taco makers I’m most excited about at this year’s @aztacofest is @twisted_munchies_az. Their food is what happens when you think about Mexican and Asian influences at the same time. Like if birria had a baby with pho. If bò kho (Vietnamese beef stew) hooked up with barbacoa. And what if a bao bun cosplayed as the tortilla. This menu isn’t some FAFO whimsy, it’s lived experience, intentional, and created with equal respect for both cultures. You HAVE TO experience pho in taco form. It’s insanely good.

I hope you stop by and see Twisted Munchies at the Taco Fest on Oct. 17-18! 🌮 🎉
