I truly believe that sisterhood is one of the strongest balms that will help heal our world

for generations women were turned against one another in the name of religion, colonization and patriarchal rule

now we reclaim our fire and burn together to reclaim what has been lost, broken and forgotten

thank you to my sisters who show up not only to to dance, play, create, soften and support each other, but who are also willing to stand in the fires, move through challenges, have hard conversations and heal together

I don’t claim to be perfect, and I very much am learning in the fires of sisterhood ALL THE TIME

how to be a better woman, sister, daughter, space holder, human and friend…

and that’s really what it’s all about 🌹🪶❤️‍🔥

special shout out to my dearly beloveds Az & Ro for this incredibly beautiful night together! 🔥❤️ love you babes so much @azelinbuttitta & @littler0se_

PS can you believe this was the first time either of them spun fire??

naturals 🔥💃🏼😘

excited for more nights like this,
HMU for magical late night fire spinning beach adventures ✨

I am still floating from a magical week in the mountains of Costa Rica on silent retreat. We lived simply, swimming in the river, laying on warm stones in the sun, being with nature, eating nourishing foods, connecting through shared frequency, rather than words. It was beautiful and deeply restful.

I gave myself the gift of turning off technology, the first time in 25 years. The silence + digital detox created so much peace in my being.

I’m grateful for the incredible group of sisters who felt me, saw me, loved me, especially @bluofearth and @loverofthegarden who created this tender and transformative container, and for the sacred land of @yacumamaecovillage. I can’t wait to be together again! ❤️‍🔥
