Had a super productive multi-day shoot last week @deerfieldacademy. Got to see my photos installed in their historic Main School Building. Thanks to the great work of @stoltzedesign and Brent Hale on the design and look as well as the rest of the communications office including @cnnartowicz and Jessica Day. @universityphotographers @hothauscollective @inspiredschoolmarketers @canonusa #upaa #upaagram #prepschoolphotographer #prepschoollife #viewbook #educationalmarketing #campuslifestyle #admissionsrecruitment #independentschools #enrollmentmarketing #educationphotographer #independentschool #privateschool #nationalassociationofindependentschools #canonr3 #deerfieldacademy

Our latest catalogue is for the Peter Waite solo exhibition “Social Memory” @thewadsworth, a wonderful show of large scale paintings by this contemporary Connecticut-based artist. Located in Hartford, CT, The Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art is the oldest continuously-operating public art museum in the United States, opening its doors to the public in 1844. Well worth a visit. On view through March 15.

Shortly after the election, Bill Janovitz emailed me about a pair of benefit shows he was planning as a response to the results. His email subject line was “What are we going to do now”, a reference to the Clash lyrics.

We agreed to do our part by designing posters for the two shows pro bono and contributing to the cost of the limited edition letterpress printing (by @emletterpress). The poster for the first show last month, a benefit for the Trevor Project, featured the message “What Now?”. For the second show (tonight at the Burren) we used the message “What Next?”… something we ask ourselves every day now that Trump is back in office. All proceeds for tonight’s show and the sale of the poster will be donated to the ACLU.

Come if you can, or let me know if you’d like to support the cause by purchasing a poster or two for $30 each plus shipping.

What Now? Our letterpress poster for a Bill Janovitz concert this Saturday at The Burren Backroom. A reaction to the election results, the event is a benefit for the Trevor Project. Beautifully printed by Elias at @emletterpress and limited to 95 copies, Bill will sell signed copies at the show for $30 with all the proceeds going to this worthy cause. Looking forward to the show!
