My first try at making Elk Osso Buco on creamy bed of Polenta. I must say it came out fantastic. Finished with an excellant Redbreast Irish Whiskey for dessert. Many thanks to @stevenrinella Meateater TV, @azhunter75 and @nevadafoodies for inspiring me.

I was tagged by @cramerhunts and @mtn.bowhunter in the #providerchallenge that @nicole_rimsza started, to post pics on what was feeding our family and friends during these crazy Corona Virus times and to tag additional friends to post. It sure is nice to have game meat in our freezer to draw from in these chaotic times. Unfortunately most of the hunters I follow have already been tagged in this challenge and this will have to do.

Had a great day today with my uncle @azhunter75 trying to fill are archery deer tags. We saw some good bucks but didn’t get a shot off. Hopefully we have better luck in the next couple weeks.

I think @azhunter75 has one of the most aesthetically pleasing wild game plated pages on Instagram. I had been following him and poaching his meal ideas for sometime. We connected a few months back after I heard he had a Late Season Arizona Elk tag. I was honored he trusted us in contributing to his first meal from that successful harvest. More excited he will have many more dinner ideas for us coming soon.
