THIS IS YOUR INVITE.

GROOV3 turns 17, and we’re celebrating the way we know best: a new routine, five instructors, one big dance floor.

Donisha, Adam, Natalie, Brandi, and Ben are teaching together for one class only. After class, the party keeps going with food, refreshments, vendors, and a merch discount for every ticket holder.

We’re calling all dancers from across Southern California to join us for the biggest GROOV3 dance party of the year.

A year and a half into empty nesting, and I’m realizing the space they leave behind doesn’t stay empty.

It slowly becomes space for you.

Maybe this is rebirth. 🤍

Anyone else feeling this too?

Sometimes you just say yes to the dream… and see where it takes you.

Dreaming again.
Doing what makes me feel alive.
And realizing… this is the good stuff.

Why didn’t I do this sooner?

Maybe I wasn’t ready then.
But I am now.

I feel good. 🤍

Today was a hard one.

I almost didn’t go to dance. My head was full—work, emails, my son leaving for college, so much to do.

But I went.

For one hour, I forgot about it all. I danced, I sweated, I breathed… and I left feeling lighter.

Sometimes we don’t need to do more.
We just need to give ourselves an hour. ❤️

I think we’re all guilty of forgetting that.
