Block 11 / Week 4 / Bench Press Post - Just a tad late to post this. Coach: @azucar.kg BW is like 68kg maybe a little lighter in all of these. That’s my dad spotting.

Pin Press: 0-1-0
2x1 @ 155kg ≈ 342.5lbs
2x1 @ 160kg ≈ 357.5lbs

Technically, I’ve hit a PR since she put it on the program because previously I’d only hit like 315lbs on pin press when I was like 160lbs.

slowly but surely on pace for week 4.

very happy some mobility tweaks brought back bench and the secondary sumo day for form refining is doing its job. confidence on squat is slowly coming back and we stay pain free 🥹

so so so happy i secured the numbers i envisioned on deadlift and squat to end the block. left leg is keeping up and deadlift lockouts are looking sm cleaner without having to rely on baby powder to lock out

bw: 51.7kg

deadlift: keeping my focus on using my legs rather than relying solely on my back to row the second half of the movement. couldn’t be happier especially being the first block back into rebuilding my sumo (245x2)

bench: i took what was there, ideally i would’ve matched 82.5/181 but it just wasn’t there on the day and that’s fine im still happy with it (77.5/171)

squat: leg is happy and i feel even and snappy out of the hole again. still mental battles getting under the bar again but one day at a time ill find my way back to chasing 300lbs (225x2)
