This post is way late. This program ended 2 weeks ago. This time in my life has been on my mind every day since. I still don’t really know what to say about NTI Fall 21’, but it was special. It was transformative. It was ours.

I think about the first day sitting at a picnic table with 31 other strangers, feeling overwhelmed, feeling alone. Now I look at our group photo (hanging in the cafeteria, sharing space with our boy John K. class if 01’) and I feel my heart fill with love for each smiling face, my family of 31.

How lucky am I to have shared this semester with a group of passionate, dedicated, and thoughtful artists. How lucky am I to have shared a small moment in time making magic with people who know they simply can’t do anything else but live a life in the theatre.

Okay, cheese over-
To my family, I love you. To NTI, thank you!!
Merry Christmas everyone! 🎄❤️

"'I'm an Empath' - The worst person you've ever met." ~ abbygov

Whew, I've been meaning to make this post for a while. Um, I'm still a little speechless and it's been two weeks since Fall 2021 at NTI ended. I miss it everyday. I miss the people everyday. Just a couple months ago we met for the first time and pushed all the picnic tables together into one massive line. I did feel a little insane there, but at the same time I was never tired with the work and I felt so exhilarated. If there was any doubt before that I was on the wrong path, there is none now. I think the biggest thing I learned there, thanks to the mentors and my cohort, is that I need to have more trust and faith in myself. It's something to work on everyday, but I wouldn't have been able to start without all of you. I can't wait to see where we will go in the future, but I'll meet some of you again in New York in a couple months 💙🗡️☄️

If anyone would like to watch our company project, Layover, I have a link to our performance.

"you're laughing. one of the most prominent and very openly homophobic members of hungary's christian democratic party had to resign after he got caught by police while trying to flee from a quarantine-breaking "corona safe" 25 man gay orgy in brussels by trying to climb down the drainpipe butt ass naked with ecstasy in his backpack and you're laughing. and so am i bitch this is hysterical" ~ mwagneto

By the fucking way @wenzelgrace created that incredible artwork of Robbie and I's senior thesis show. I'm obsessed with it, so it is in this post. I need everyone to look at it. Look at it and think about how talented Grace is. WHAT A MAN.
