These are Fried Wontons filled with cheese and corn!! I am not a fried eating type of a person so didn’t like it much. But it was nicely made and crispy with good amount of filling.

The trick to to Swahili fried fish is to crispy fry plate the fish until the bones and spines soften. You’ll end up eating about a third of the bones, which are reduced to crunchy, nutty tidbits. Crispy, meaty, crunchy, with the zing of citrus, the freshness of the herbs and the occasional warm note from the spices make this a near perfect plate of food.

Ramadan Mubarak everyone.
Tomorrow will be the 1st day of Ramadan 2021.
We will be fasting for about 30 days from sunrise to sunset which is around 15 hours a day in the UK so no food and no water.
Please be a spare a little extra patience to people who are fasting as our sleep pattern and and meal times is all over the place.
We try and spend as much time as we can in worship. If we come across a little quiet or clumsy or sharp please know its not intentional we prolly a little dehydrated and hungry too.
Ramadan encourages us to be more compassionate to those less fortunate.
It enables us to build patience and break bad habits, a time of spiritual discipline. We practice extra prayers and increase charity.
That all said basically just want to wish everyone an amazing month ahead.
