A video from every month of 2025 including a few extras. At first I didn’t really feel like looking back on 2025. But all these memories reminded me that there’s always beauty in this life. Even in the years that we didn’t necessarily love. My high school besties and I celebrated 20 years of friendship. My niece turned 6. Graduations, birthday celebrations, holidays, and just celebrating life. I’m reminded that I can always reach to my community to find love and joy when it seems like the rest of the world is chaotic and unclear. I’m so grateful.

Core Training for Hoopers

Some of the core exercises we used in the last few months. I like to use a variety of tools when it comes to training, to make it interesting for the guys and attack the core from all different angles.

Some of them were gradually progressed, and some are always in our training as a foundation, making it stronger brick by brick, ensuring there is no cracks.

If the core is weak, there is no connection between lower and upper body, creating power leaks that will be a problem when changing directions, reacting, jumping, fighting for position etc.
