"Join Hattie, Lynda & Ben for a magical evening exploring the energy and symbolism of the ancient Egyptian Ankh.

The Ankh invites us into a journey of unlocking, awareness and remembrance. Opening us to the wisdom within, while deepening our connection with our higher selves, guides and the unseen support that surrounds us.

The evening will include:
• Live Handpan music with Ben
• Frankincense, Rose & Myrrh oil anointing
• Channelled messages from the Ankh
• Meditation & Sound Journey
• Hands-on healing and energy activation
• Connection with our guides

💙HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WHALE SHARK DAY🐋🦈
To celebrate International Whale Shark Day, I’m sharing the wisdom and animal medicine I received from this incredible species after meeting a whale shark for the very first time and what a magical experience it was.

Call upon the energy of the whale shark when you need support with:

✨ Focus & concentration
✨ Absorbing information
✨ Being present & grounded
✨ Trusting your own judgement
✨ Feeling comfortable in your own skin
✨ Letting go of emotions that no longer serve you
✨ Learning the lessons from a situation and releasing it
✨ Slowing down and allowing life to unfold naturally
✨Remaining neutrally buoyant 💙

Thank you for watching and for connecting with the wisdom of this incredible creature who shares our ocean waters🩵

To book a communication with your own animal and discover what they have to share, please contact me at hattie@animalecho.com.

With love,
Hattie x

☀️The Energy of the Eclipse 2026 🌑
There was something incredibly powerful about experiencing the solar eclipse at West Kennet Long Barrow 🤍

Energetically an eclipse represents a threshold, a time of release, transformation and new beginnings. A moment to pause and to look at what is no longer supporting us creating space for what wants to emerge ✨

Being at the long barrow felt so significant as I have always felt this sacred place having the energy of death, transformation and rebirth 🤍 with Silbury Hill across the landscape it felt like the land itself was mirroring the energy of the eclipse

The masculine energy of the Sun and feminine energy of the Moon coming into alignment felt like a beautiful reminder to bring these energies into balance within ourselves too 🌞🌝

I could physically feel the shift and the pressure changing like being in an aeroplane, followed by the temperature dropping as the light changed, such a beautiful experience shared with such lovely people 🥰

So, what are you ready to release and how are you choosing to move forward from here? ✨

Another smashing time with the lads for the full rest @damsonhillcottage 💪

Well done today gents! It’s great to see everyone getting involved, enjoying the day and most importantly pausing for a sec and coming back to themselves.

A big thank you to everyone who came along. Seeing this community continue to grow is something really special and very much needed. See you at the next one. 🙌
