Marathon Weekend Part II: Wow, where do I even begin? This journey has tested me in ways I never expected. So much didn’t go as planned, from training setbacks to race-day struggles, but focusing on that would only take away from the countless beautiful moments I experience on that course.

Running through the streets of New York, surrounded by thousands of people all chasing the same dream of 26.2, was nothing short of magical. Every cheer, every high-five, and every stranger calling my name reminded me just how powerful human connection can be.

To the spectators: thank you for showing up and for carrying us through one of the hardest things most of us will ever do physically. And Brooklyn… you were absolutely electric. ⚡️

To my family: thank you for your endless support and for following me every step of the way. I know it was a marathon of its own.

This day will stay with me forever as a reminder of resilience, gratitude, and the beauty of showing up and letting go when things don’t go perfectly. I’ll cherish it always. Thank you, New York. Can’t wait to call you home in a few months!!!🗽💫

The RBC Brooklyn Half was a doozy. So thankful to have had @meg_kathryn as the ultimate pacer and @b.mcderm as hype woman. 🤘Special shoutout to the cheer section and most spirited, @willewis.

To all the incredible friends I’ve made through my club—thank you for making this night so much fun! After binge-watching every James Bond movie, I knew I had to throw a Bond-worthy party… and you all made it legendary. Cheers to more nights like this! 📸: @outsideeric
