POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Words can’t even begin to describe the gratitude and joy that comes from achieving this goal! I can’t believe I’m here! Most will look at a certificate and see months of hard work and dedication. While this is true, there are many things not seen that are apart of this success. I have encountered so much personal growth, made amazing friendships, helped families switch their households over to safer products, and stayed consistent through seasons of little to no results. Success isn’t measured simply by reaching a goal; it is the growth and the experiences along the way that truly make the goal worth reaching. “We can be so busy wishing for future blessings that we forget we’re living the ones we once prayed for.”

The group chat… but in real life 😎

Same girls, same energy, just louder laughs, tighter hugs, and stories we’ll be talking about for weeks!

So grateful for friends who feel like home, even in the middle of the chaos. It reminds me how many women are looking for a community like this. The support, encouragement, and friendships we’ve built are so special, and the fact that we’re all living in different states across the country makes it even more special. 🖤

God keeps nudging me to this idea that virtual friendships are as real as they feel. And that I need to say it out loud.

Social media doesn’t have to only be darkness or something we continually try to cutback on… and I don’t mean then double down on the time! I mean use it for the friendships, community and pouring into others… double down on the intention and the time part will take care of itself.

So glad to be here with you.

The enemy wants you to believe that your gifts are your weakness, it matters who you listen to. Through years of working to listen to the only one that matters, I’m so blessed to have followed the path that lead to Operation Freedom. Because where you spend your time and who you’re with makes all the difference.
@morganreneemcintyre - thank you for the reminder and leading from the front girl! 🤍

If you’re missing something, go build it yourself. If you’re not missing something, build anyway.

I don’t think it matters how young or old you are. We were created to grow, be creative, serve and connect with one another- that doesn’t begin or end at a certain age. I want to build community that takes care of everyone.

I’ve been building a business for 20yrs. I’ll be 47 in a month and I’m building a new (2nd) business.

Being a business owner can be lonely. Scratch that, it is lonely. As an introvert, I like doing things alone… and I don’t like being told what to do 😆… but God’s been calling me toward something and if I’m being honest I was praying for a tribe of women to do life and work with… the daily part.

I didn’t expect this to be God’s answer to my prayer. And it’s taken me 1.5 yrs to actually see it. Honestly I looked down my nose at this type of business, but what I thought it was isn’t what it is. And now that I have seen the difference, I can’t unsee it.

It’s a founder with faith and integrity, always striving to use his resources to help others. It’s a culture that welcomes everyone and is deeply rooted in self forgetfulness to serve others more. It’s a system that rewards servant hearts and has barriers to no one. Its products that protect and help, are safe and preventative.

I love that what I’m building is building me for my next level and I’m not sure I thought that’s what this stage of life would be like… I’m launching instead of getting comfortable… and that feels kinda fantastic.

Keep your job/career, build whatever it is you’re already doing… but what if you were open to something more?

Keep teaching, keep nursing, keep helping families with their properties, keep coaching, keep mothering, keep your corporate work… and also open your heart to where God is nudging you right now. Maybe that nudge has lead you here right now and you wanna know more about what I’m doing.

It’s wildly simple, yet still challenging… it’s like hard work that lets you breathe deeper. And the reward is off the charts.

Operation Freedom is our team name. Freedom looks way different to me these days. What does freedom look like to you right now?

You can believe me or keep judging me. Either way, I’m going to keep showing up because what’s happening here is REAL.

This business, this store, this company… it’s changing lives. Not just financially, but mentally too. Confidence. Purpose. Community. Hope. I’ve watched people come in doubting themselves and slowly become people they don’t even recognize anymore in the best way.

And I’m really proud to be part of a team like Operation Freedom inside of it.

We don’t just toss people in and tell them “good luck.” We help people get plugged in, supported, encouraged, and moving forward. That’s what real leadership looks like.

Y’all, this is a freaking lifeboat. You just have to be willing to get in. We’ll help paddle with you until you learn how to do it yourself.

If you keep telling yourself you can’t do this, then yeah… you probably won’t. But this truly starts with belief and a willingness to jump.

And this company? It’s different. The culture, the leadership, the vision… it’s unlike anything I’ve experienced. Frank VanderSloot built something with heart behind it, and you can feel that when you’re here.

I’m not even an emotional person, but this journey has changed me.

So no, I’m not slowing down just because some people don’t understand it.

But for the ones who do trust me…
thank you.

I genuinely believe people don’t end up here by accident, and I think some of your lives are about to completely change.

Years ago when I was struggling in MLM I prayed for a community of women to rise with.

Women I could pray with, laugh with, challenge myself with, and build a legacy business with

While that didn’t happen for me in the time that I wanted in the company I was in, it has happened for me here a million times over

All of these women come from all different states different backgrounds and professions

Teachers
Homeschoolers
Nurses
Phsyicans Assistants
Realtors
Military spouses
Fire wives
Police wives
Lawyers
Accountants
Pharmasits
Grandmothers
Personal trainers
Hair dressers
You name it we have it here in Operation Freedom

And what connects us all is a mission to live a great and abundant life, serve others, put our faith and family first and build freedom legacies at the same time

It’s not just a new profession is a mission
It’s passion and purpose and longevity

It all lives here.

And somehow the Lord trusted me with this work and these people… and I will never stop being grateful for that!

This year is going to be absolutely wild in the best way. 🤯❤️‍🔥

Turns out, I can sit with strangers, mingle, and live to tell about it 🤪

Quick 48 hours in Dallas with some of the best of the best.
I survived two events solo…and actually had to talk to people😂 Despite how I show up on here, I’m really an introvert, so that was a stretch for me.

Getting poured into by people who have been doing this for 30+ years was pretty incredible. After 13 years working as a pharmacist, I have NEVER experienced opportunities like this.

Bummed Jon wasn’t here this time…but he’ll be in the Bahamas with us in November!

This has 1000% pushed me outside my comfort zone and opened doors I never imagined for me and my family.

I genuinely love what I get to do, the people I’ve helped, the lives that have been changed and all the beautiful people in my life because of it. Can’t wait to see what happens next 🙏🏼🤍
