Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to be part of Fall Fest, a free all girls basketball clinic hosted by @wayneseldenjr, powered by @propurform: Professionalism • Purpose • Performance, in partnership with the @nationalhoopsfoundation.

This was the first all girls Fall Fest, and I loved being part of a space where girls could learn, compete, connect and see themselves represented.

I was grateful to join Vanessa Udoji and Kwani Lunis as featured speakers and share a little about my journey and the work I do through @yougotitgirlllc.

It was so great connecting with Vanessa. I’ve been following her journey on social media and love watching all the cool things she continues to do as a coach and athlete. I’m always rooting for her! Hearing her share more of her college and injury journey with our young ladies made the experience even more special.

This is what I love about sports. The girls get to build connections, hear different stories and create relationships with women who can inspire them along the way.

I’m also looking forward to connecting with Kwani again soon. We talked about being Haitian and the importance of representation in sports. I think it will be so special to bring her around some of our young women who share that same background.

Thank you to Wayne and everyone who helped create this opportunity for the girls. Excited to see Fall Fest continue to grow!

Corban carries himself the right way, comes from a great support system, and is the kind of young man we want representing Applewild. We’re excited about what he can bring to our group and even more excited to have him on campus. Let’s work Corban!

At National Hoops Foundation, basketball is the starting point, not the finish line.

We’re using the game to break barriers and empower youth through mentorship, character development, and mental wellness support. Through training scholarships, free camps and clinics, organized showcases, and family guidance, we’re helping young athletes build resilience, confidence, and leadership on and off the court.

Your support makes this possible. Partner with us to expand access, mentorship, and wellness resources for more athletes and families. Better Every Day. #YouthEmpowerment #MentorshipMatters #AthleteWellBeing

Choosing the right basketball path starts long before tip-off.

At National Hoops Foundation, we are helping families cut through the noise around team selection, training options, academic pathways, and athlete well-being. We use the game as a vehicle for mentorship, character development, and mental wellness support, so young athletes can build confidence, resilience, and strong values on and off the court.

Your support makes this possible. Partner with us to expand workshops and mentorship for families navigating today’s youth basketball landscape. #MentorshipMatters #athletewellbeing

Access changes everything.

At National Hoops Foundation, we’re expanding need-based access to our enrichment and academy programs so more young athletes and families can receive mentorship, mental wellness support, parent guidance, and community-based advocacy. This work goes far beyond basketball. It is about access, clarity, and protection in a youth sports landscape that often feels overwhelming.

Your support makes this possible. If you are ready to fund scholarships, strengthen community programming, or partner with us to build sustainable access, we invite you to give or connect with us today. #YouthEmpowerment #AthleteWellBeing #communitysupport
