Sometimes showing up for yourself means slowing down 😮‍💨

In honor of World Mental Health Day, we asked three Boston Fit Pros to share their perspectives on mental health beyond the workout.

From learning to listen to yourself and practicing self-compassion to finding support through movement and community, Michelle Turner-Young, Bryn Batchelder, and Connor Coyne remind us that taking care of ourselves looks different for everyone.

Swipe for a little perspective, and head to the link in our bio to read the full conversation 💭

@flighthousefitness just opened in Charlestown and it is one of the coolest gyms I’ve seen 🧘‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

Best part? Taking @b33collective Pilates classes that will kick your butt! Had the best power Pilates class that left me sore for days. Congrats to @brynbatchelder!! That view too?? Stunning 😍🌅

The gym features state of the art workout equipment, recovery rooms with a cold plunge, red light therapy and sauna, as well as iv drips and other recovery from @apexvitalityhealth 💉

FLIGHT HOUSE x LULULEMON ❤️‍🔥💪🏼

The energy. The people. The VIBES.

Our very own Studio Director @brynbatchelder took over @lululemon for a morning of movement, sweat, and the kind of energy we can’t get enough of!!⚡️

Good music. Better people. A room that SHOWED UP.

Flight House is just getting started… more movement, more community, more collabs, more to come. 👀✈️

It’s giving ocean breeze & reformer please 🌊✨

A seasonal balloon reset was exactly what this space needed, it’s amazing how a little decor can completely transform the vibe.

@bostonbodywatertown will forever be one of my favorite places to install. The love and energy this space gives me is truly unmatched. I could listen to @b33collective teach all day every day!! 🤍

Does your business need a refresh? A little something different for a new season, special event, or just because? Custom balloon installations are always the perfect way to bring color, personality, and life into your space. 💙🐚☀️

Let’s make your space stand out!
