How do we train our PROs?

Short answer: we train HARD.

But how much volume, what intensity & which exercises?

Well that is as much art than science.

You can see my system and 10+yrs of experience in the video. This is where the real money is made…

Offseason is the time where you lay the foundation for the whole season. Which coach do you choose is your choice.

Choose wisely!

🏀 We Turn Every Basketball Camp Into an Engaging Experience

This week, we had the opportunity to deliver a Shotlyzer Shooting Analytics Workshop at the @b4lr.si camp, introducing players and coaches to a new way of understanding shooting performance through objective data.

A big thank you to the entire B4LR team for the invitation, excellent organization, and trust. We truly enjoyed sharing our passion for shooting development and look forward to future collaborations!

Development happens when players understand, teach, and learn from each other.

Objective of this drill is to fight and maintain balanced position. The partner observes the shooter and gives the signal (clap) to shoot only when the player has established a stable position.
