Still buzzing from this one… ✨✨✨ @damfunk x @standardtime.to on Oct 10 w/ myself & @djjasonpalma opening up 🪩✨💘

The boogie records in my collection are some of my most cherished pieces. With them come so many memories and so much love. Dâm-Funk has been such an inspiration to me since time… Funkmosphere, G-funk, grown n sexy 1980s, Prince… all of it. If u know me, u already know. 💜

@djjasonpalma : 🎶 Probably my musical soulmate. His style and records are just unmatched ❣️ One of Toronto’s rarest gems 💎

When @linusbooth asked me to be a part of this one, I was truly touched 🥹 Grazie forever 💘 It was a beautiful night.

Ps. the night would have been nothing without the OG @iceprincass
She’s the Vanity to my Prince 💜😙👑 always on that grown shit ✨✨✨

How excited are we to welcome uber-talented vocalist, DJ and producer ROU-H @rou.h.music to our humble little gig this Saturday? A passionate activist and all-around lovely human, ROU-H will delight your ears with her smooth, trippy vocals scattered throughout her eclectic set. Her unique blend of Middle Eastern and Afro-soul sounds will keep all of us on our toes as we try to anticipate where she’ll go next.

We are so grateful that she’s lending her talents to our little do-good event.

Catch her from 11 PM - 1 AM.

The day A GREAT DAY IN TORONTO HIP-HOP photo was taken was a blessed Celebration of The People.. We told stories and jokes for days. We reconnected with friends and family and met folks that we've 'known' for 40 years but never had the opportunity to ' truly connect' . Whatta VIBE!!!
The days , weeks and months that followed was an.opportunity for many of us to Recharge ☆ Reframe and have deep discussions about THE CULTURE - Past ♡ Present ♡ and what the Future looks like, our place in it and the impact we can make as a Collective.
THE CULTURE Exhibit and the events curated by the @agotoronto @ago_events with suppprt from @bougieblackguy @artefactsbyfrancesca @therealcitizenkane was a platform to continue to make meaningful connections, powerful collaborations, impactful programs and music that will inspire people world-wide . Because everyone knows that CANADIAN HIP-HOP HITS DIFFERENT.
On Friday February 7th we came together to boogie to the sounds provided by friends and legendary selectas @jcsunshinedj tony duncan and @dj_nigelb We witnessed the brilliant exhibit (again) and recieved the THE PHOTO.
I shed many tears of joy while hugging friends that I haven't seen in 40 years!
Thank you to everyone involved!! My photo will be framed and on display at ENZA'S PLACE for everyone to see..

■ We continued to 1344 Danforth Ave - Enza’s Place where DJ MoBetta ☆ DRK ☆ JRebel ☆ DJ Yorkey put on a CLINIC! The nite was filled with chuuunes, floorwex and incredible conversations and the jokes 😆 omg the jokes 😆
■ Stay Chuuuned for exciting updates.
